Notre condo est un voyage rapide de l'aéroport international de Cancun (CUN) à un trajet en ferry amusant Puerta Juarez (Grand Puerto) à l'ßle, Isla Mujeres. Puerta al Mar est un complexe de condominiums de 5 étages et 27 unités situé dans la section exclusive de Sac Bajo à Isla Mujeres, au Mexique.

Notre luxueux penthouse de 2 étages est l'unité n ° 501 et offre un paradis privé sur le toit en plein air avec cuisine et salle à manger en plein air. Le toit a également une piscine / jacuzzi, un coin salon, ainsi qu'une salle de bain complÚte avec douche. Il offre à nos invités spéciaux une intimité et une vue incroyable sur les Caraïbes, l'ßle et Cancun.

Au premier niveau, le condo comprend trois chambres, deux salles de bain, une cuisine complÚte, une laveuse et une sécheuse. La troisiÚme chambre a des lits superposés avec un petit canapé-lit. Le salon s'ouvre sur une vue fantastique sur la baie de Mujeres et Cancun. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec un refroidisseur à vin et de nombreux autres équipements. Nous offrons la télévision par cùble dans le salon, la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre. Nous avons également notre propre wi-fi dans le condo en plus du wi-fi dans les parties communes du complexe, y compris la plage!

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une salle de bain / placard privée, d'un coffre-fort et d'un balcon privé. Notre deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen-size, une télévision et un balcon.

Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, il y a une trĂšs grande piscine commune avec bar situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage. Il y a aussi un sauna et une salle d'exercice / musculation pour les adultes. Le WiFi peut mĂȘme ĂȘtre trouvĂ© Ă  la piscine et Ă  la plage si
nécessaire. Nous avons notre propre quai dans la baie pour les ramassages et les retours d'excursions d'une journée.

Notre condo est un plaisir, court trajet en voiturette de golf de 15 minutes au centre-ville et Nauti Beach ou à 5 minutes à pied de la Villa Rolondi, un hÎtel / restaurant 5 étoiles qui est l'un de nos endroits préférés pour manger sur l'ßle. Il y a tellement de nouveaux restaurants à essayer, mais nous avons marqué nos préférés sur une carte que nous laissons au condo.
Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement condo, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Parc national de la cÎte ouest de Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancun et Punta Nizuc. Vous pourrez profiter de services et équipements comme un centre de fitness et un bain à remous, sans oublier un service de conciergerie. Une piscine privée et une cuisine sont disponibles dans cet appartement condo.

Perfect Isla stay!

This condo complex is wonderful. Friendly staff, beautifully maintained grounds, beach and pool area. Our Condo was everything we were expecting - clean, comfortable and amazing ocean views! Located on a quieter side of the island, peaceful and relaxing! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful but not so comfortable

Really everything is great about this property except the living room furniture is very worn. It needs new, firm cushions. The master comforter needs to be replaced as it is so slick it slides off the bed always. Other than that, the condo is great. The cable was out during our stay, but I was told a line had been cut nearby.

Great property and location for friends or family

I stayed at this location with 4 friends. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and included amenities. One of the TVs was a Roku so we were able to watch some tv, if we wanted. The place really is big and has tons of balconies. The private pool area on the roof was our favorite hangout spot during our trip. The community pool, gym and private beach area were all great and also very clean. Towels were also available and that was really great! We were disappointed that most fans and air conditioners didn't work, so our stay was very hot and a little uncomfortable when we were trying to sleep. Luckily we didn't plan to stay indoors often, so it didn't bother us all that much. We also had an issue during our first evening, when we came back to the property and the gates were closed and locked. We weren't aware they locked at midnight. To get inside, we had to go to the hotel next door, where they let us walk through and we went inside through the beachside entrance. The security guard wasn't thrilled but we had rang the bell and stood outside for almost 20 mins. Other than those small hiccups, it was a really great experience and we all agreed we would stay here again. Overall, the experience was really good.

Lovely condo!

We had an amazing stay at Puerta al Mar! The condo was large, clean, nicely decorated, and beautifully situated in Sac Bajo, a quiet part of the island. The rooftop area was phenomenal with panoramic views of the island and Cancun in the distance. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the workout room. We like to bake, and I didn't see an oven listed in the description, but there is a nice oven in the kitchen. We had plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots and pans, but there was only one large bowl and one serving platter. (No mixing bowls, only incomplete sets of measuring spoons and cups, etc.) Surprisingly the knives were plentiful and sharp! (A rare find in a vacation rental.) The staircase to the roof is located in the bedroom with the bunk beds, so be sure to assign rooms with this in mind. Also, the beach is beautiful, but the ocean floor is sea grass, so be sure to pack your water shoes or booties if you're planning to swim. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the condo, far more than I was able to find out about prior to our arrival. The public bus stops right in front of the condo and is cheap and reliable. Taxis can almost always be found right outside. I would definitely go back again!

Isla stay in Sept/Oct

We’ve stayed at Isla many times and this place is great. Amazing views from the rooftop patio. The condo was clean and had the fridge/ice maker hooked up to clean/drinkable water which was a plus. The beach and pool were great and the complex was basically empty the whole time we were there this time of year. The pool was very big and there wasn’t anyone outside of our group in it while we were in it. It’s in a quiet part of Isla and is a bit of a drive from downtown, but that is part of the reason we liked it. If you want a quiet place away from the traffic and crowds of Isla, this is a perfect spot. We’ll stay here again.

I would def come back again!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and updated. They cleaned it very well and the private rooftop was out of this world. I felt like I was in Greece for a minute. I would certainly stay here again. Two downsides: lots of ants on the counters that were hard to get rid of before we had food. It is an island so I am sure that is a problem for most people. The check in for us was terrible. We arrived an hour and a half early and they told us the condo was not ready until our check in time. I understood that of course. So we went next door to get food and when we came back there was nobody there. I finally reached the property manager and he apologized and said that the previous family checked out late and the cleaning people did not show up. He had one person to clean the condo. I imagine that this was an isolated incident and the manager was very nice and apologetic about it but it was super inconvenient. However, the condo was so great I would stay there again.

Vacation with family

Everyone was great Julia and Israel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Villa was very nice but we didn’t spend much time in the room basically to shower and sleep.

There was no soap it was overpriced. People were staying 2 floors below without a plunge pool on the roof for 1/2 the price. Overall it was very nice.

Great property with an amazing rooftop with small plunge pool. We also enjoyed the condo's shared pool. Very nice and well maintained. Check-in was so easy and great onsite management. Julia with property rental was very helpful setting up Covid Testing. Overall great stay!

Two words - ABSOLUTE PARADISE!!!!

We had the most incredible time. JUST BEAUTIFUL. Cannot say enough about the Door to Door or about Isreal, Julia and Antonio. 5 star treatment at all times. The restaurants and local food are great. The water soooo blue. Absolutely worth it.

wonderful view from rooftop

property was very nice. Rooftop area was extremely enjoyable. Views were awesome. The onsite staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They always were ready to help or answer questions. The rooftop pool had issues. Not heated, lost water, difficult to turn on jets. Having some toiletries would have been a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great stay at the property. The views from the balcony were amazing. We visited in Mid October and the place was dead...the pool area is nice and our fishing boat picked us up at the properties private dock which is nice! As a vacation rental owner myself, I think the addition of a couple of things would really make this place perfect...shampoo/conditioner/soap would have been nice and some coffee and laundry detergent. We walked next door to order some sunset drinks and they were good. You really need a golf cart if you stay here...plus it just adds an element of fun to the entire stay. If you want a quiet get-a-away this is your place! Warning, the WIFI is not secure...we are currently sorting out a big mess with our bank as my husband made a bank transfer the morning we flew home...sigh. I would stay here again.

1st Class all the Way!!!!

I cannot say enough about this condo. From the beginning when we checked in all the way from the day-to-day service that we received from the on-site staff was incredible. Israel & his team at Puerta Al Mar The most helpful kindest men and women. Yeah most definitely there to make sure you have a fantastic day. Penthouse# 501 is tremendously spacious the master suite is beyond everything that you will need. There are a few things inside the condo that need to be repaired but the crew on site are aware of it and hopefully will have it fixed before the next visitors come :-) other than that I say pack your bikini and sunscreen and go enjoy everything!

I love Isla Mujeres, the property was nice and plenty of space for a large family. The view was amazing, great pool and the rooftop patio deck is next level. Like a lot of places in Mexico, it does not get very cool inside the unit. also the Washing machine did not work during our stay.

Beautiful views!

The best thing about this stay is the views you get from every angle. Living room balcony gives you the ocean, pool, and little beach area with the palapa in front of you. Rooftop pool gives you the ocean. Back of the rooftop gives you the canal area. It was so hot during our stay but be sure and go to the roof in the evenings for the sunsets, there is a breeze. Even though the swimming off the beach is full of seaweed in the water, the beach is still beautiful. The palapa is a great place to sit and watch the boats go by. Had coffee in the loungechairs on the beach each morning, just lovely. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed that every day when we came back from our golf cart excursions. The food was delicious and cheap. Our favorites were North Garden for brunch, Roosters and Tochinos for dinner, Mango cafe for breakfast, Madera for lunch. We also would go down to North Beach and grab a table at Chimbo's, waiter (Roger) was awesome, we would leave our stuff at the table, go for a swim, come back for a drink and repeat. $1 beers and $2.50 cocktails. Had a blast renting scooters - do it! The one issue on the island is the golf cart situation. We had 5, and was told 5 was ok. It was tight but my daughter is thin and she would squeeze in the back. The last night of our vacation she sat up front on her brothers lap and we got pulled over by the police. He told us he pulled us due to 5 on the cart. We've had 5 on the cart all week and police passed by us all week seeing this. We finally settled on a $315 fine (they asked for $450) because that's all we had and went on our way. We will not make a return visit to this island.
