Enjoy a private full bathroom stocked with essentials—clean, bright, and designed for your comfort.



– Dining & Work Area:

A small table with two chairs serves as a perfect spot for casual meals, reading, or getting some work done while staying connected with the free Wi-Fi.



– Amenities:

Stay cool with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The studio also includes a TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, and fast Wi-Fi—everything you need for a worry-free stay.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet area of Isla Mujeres just steps from the sea, this neighborhood offers the perfect blend of Caribbean calm and easy access to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Ideal for walking, biking, or simply relaxing and soaking up the island vibe. You'll experience warm hospitality and true tropical living all around.



Please note that the area is currently experiencing ongoing development, so you may occasionally notice some construction noise or temporary power/internet interruptions. We appreciate your understanding as the island continues to grow and improve.

Getting Around:

You can rent a golf cart to take rides and enjoy the panoramic road around the island.

Get to know the Center with its Zócalo and Church.

You will also find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shops.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
