Our loft features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one adult or two children. You'll also find a smart TV, a full bathroom, and a spacious closet area. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your favorite meals if you feel like staying in and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

This space is ideal for a relaxing vacation—perfect for those looking to reconnect with nature, listen to birdsong, and take in breathtaking sunsets.

We're just meters away from one of the island's best spots to witness the magical bioluminescence at night. And if you're lucky, you might even catch this incredible natural phenomenon right on the beach in front of the property, especially during a new moon.

*WELCOME AMENITIES: We provide essential welcome items such as toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, and drinking water. Once these are used up, guests are kindly asked to restock them.

*QUIET HOURS: To ensure a restful stay, we have quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this, as Yum Balam is designed to be a peaceful retreat.

*CONCIERGE SERVICES: We’re here to help with all your needs, from arranging private airport transfers and pre-arranged grocery shopping to connecting you with tour operators, booking massages, and assisting with golf or bike rentals.

*LONG-TERM RENTALS: Please note that electricity consumption is not included in long-term rentals (over 28 nights).

*PEST CONTROL: While we fumigate monthly, please understand that, being surrounded by nature, mosquitoes, ants, and other insects are common.

*POWER OUTAGES: Power outages can occasionally occur in Holbox, especially due to storms or issues with the local power company.

*CASH RECOMMENDATIONS: We highly recommend traveling with cash, specially for taxis.

*DRINKING WATER: We offer complimentary drinking water for your convenience. Should you need more, 20-liter bottles can be purchased for $100 MXN.
