Tropical Private Beach Studio Apt #2 @ Jobos Beach

Jobos Vacation Rentals is conveniently located right on Jobos Beach. At only a few paces or minutes by car to the best surfing spots, scuba diving, paddle board or just relax at one of our breathtaking beaches. Walk to Jobos, Pozo de Jacinto and the lovely Paseo Tablado, a boardwalk with the incredible views that surround us. Tropical restaurants with ocean views will entice your palate just steps from the Studio. View the magical and spectacular sunset while enjoying a refreshing coconut water.

Private and gated property with parking, surrounded by nature, on the main road, just steps to the ocean. Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto” is right at the back of our property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 32" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, 1 chair hammock, swing, bench, bar with stools and lounge chairs with its table. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind. The only shared area is the parking area.
