This is Timber Haus — a handcrafted log cabin in Ironwood built for a vacation you wont forget.

Soaring vaulted ceilings, hand-hewn log walls, and warmth that makes you forget anything waiting back home. This is a house you actually want to be in — not just sleep in.



THE LIVING ROOM — The great room anchors everything: deep sofas, and a wide-open flow to the dining area and kitchen. It's the kind of space where no one retreats to their room because there's no reason to leave.



THE KITCHEN — Fully stocked for 14 guests. Butcher block island, custom cabinetry, espresso machine, full-size refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, wine glasses, and every pot, pan, and utensil you could need. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are stocked and waiting on arrival.



THE BEDROOMS — King (Bedroom 1) · Two doubles (Bedroom 2) · Queen + two doubles (Bedroom 3) · Double flex bed in the lower level living room for overflow. All beds are made with soft linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Walk-in closet and dresser storage available.



THE CEDAR SAUNA — A true Finnish-style dry heat cedar sauna. Best thing about it: it's waiting when you get back. Guests mention it in nearly every review.



THE HOT TUB — Private, steps from the back door, surrounded by open fields and wooded acres. After a full day on the trails, there's nowhere better to end up.



THE GAME ROOM — Foosball, air hockey, and a full second living space. Kids disappear here for hours. Adults usually follow.

Gogebic County (MI) and Iron County (WI) together offer 500+ miles of designated ORV routes through Ottawa National Forest. Free trail maps at the Ottawa National Forest office on US 2, 5 minutes away.



BLACK RIVER HARBOR & FALLS (20 min) — Five waterfalls through old-growth forest to a sandy Lake Superior beach. Best hike in the area.



LAKE SUPERIOR (20 min) — Agate hunting, paddleboarding, kayaking, or just a rocky shoreline with nothing but horizon.
