The room was clean and spacious. But dint have a single table or chair or shelf to keep any items. Easy hotel. Nothing comes for easy . Lift was not working on my first day as well.

The bed was dreadful with springs poking into my back, the only way I could get comfortable was by laying on one half of the duvet and snuggling up by pulling the other half over myself. I do wonder why I was charged so much for the room as I understand the rate is more like £15? The very best thing is your receptionist Clare, she was helpful and informative and a credit to your organisation. If I were you I would put her in charge of training your new recruits in Customer Service, I cannot speak too highly of her.. She even helped me set up my morning alarm on my phone, she's a diamond.

Modern, clean, safe, peaceful, most comfortable, bed for the night, with En-suite shower room, towels and hand/body wash provided and included in the price you pay. Plenty of plug sockets and mirrors, air con is silent and effective. Rooms have TV which is pay to use as is Wi-fi Hairdryers and ironing boards. Prices and information are clearly available on their Webb site prior to booking so you know exactly what to expect. Superb location in town centre on a quiet street with an abundance of shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, a few minutes walk to the theatre and easy stroll to Portman road. Whilst there is no on site parking there are many car parks within a few minutes walk of Easy Hotel with the NCP on Cox's lane accommodating overnight stays, I booked in advance via parkopedia, it was only £9 for 24 hours. (Don't forget to print off your confirmation email and reference which needs to be displayed on your windscreen!) The only down side was the lengthy queue/wait to check in, I appreciate it was particularly busy due to the Legendary Rod Stewart playing Portman road and that there was some sort of mix up with some people's booking but everyone having to fill in a form with their personal details etc etc on arrival at the check in desk was a nightmare due to the time it was taking for people to read and complete the form! This could all be done on line prior to arrival which would speed up the check in process. .

I am so disappointed with this hotel there was blood stains on the bed, everything higher then hip hight was dusty, the lady at check in said the room was cosy wow it was like a prison cell.
