This Villa is a serene getaway in the city of Ioannina, Greece, in the area Anatoli. This beautiful 2 storey villa surrounded by lush garden is the perfect retreat for families and groups of 8 seeking comfort and tranquility.
The 160sm villa features on the 1st floor 3 cozy bedrooms accommodating 6 persons in total:
- 1 spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walking closet and dedicated workstation
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds which can be arranged into king sizes bed . These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor there is a modern open- plan kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, and cookware. It is located on the ground floor next to the dining & living area
The inviting high ceiling living space, complete with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV is as well on the ground floor .
(There is the possibility of accommodating 2 extra guests on single mattresses at the living area, however they have to know that sunlight is coming through in this bright villa and there is no possibility of darkening the space)

Located just a short distance from the stunning Lake Ioannina, offers easy access to the picturesque Zagorochoria region, known for its traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes. You’ll also be conveniently close to the Egnatia and Ionia Odos highways, making it easy to explore other areas of Greece.

Guests will have full access to the villa & the garden. An extra studio on the lower level with a separate entrance, is reserved for the owner who lives abroad, whenever she is visiting Greece
