The Bothy forms part of Laggan Steading, comprising three beautiful holiday cottages sharing spectacular grounds, where you can just relax or compete in a game of croquet or cricket. Scaniport is on the main road to the village of Dores, where you will find yourself on the banks of Loch Ness, the home of Nessie the world-famous Loch Ness Monster.

Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and has something for everyone. There are four golf courses, including the Castle Stuart course, which has hosted the Scottish Open, as well as fishing in the River Ness, amazing walks and hills to climb with spectacular scenery. The property is close to the Aquadome, Eden Court Theatre and boat trips up Loch Ness. Inverness has an array of local shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. The Bothy is the perfect location to base yourself and explore the extended Highlands and return after a busy day and relax in your beautiful surroundings.

Walking through the front door takes you into a spacious hallway with storage for coats and footwear. To the right you will be amazed by the beautiful open plan living space; the living area has leather Chesterfield chairs, a wood burner, a high ceiling with feature lighting, Smart TV, board games, reading material, Nintendo Switch and games. The soft furnishings and decoration has been carefully selected. There is a dining table and four chairs next to the fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious breakfast bar and stools. The bedroom is stunning with kin size bed, which can be configured as a twin room on request, and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet; luxurious towels and toiletries are supplied for your visit. There is parking for two vehicles at the property and a courtyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining. A large lawn area adjacent to the property with huge trees and shrubs is shared with another two properties.
