Cosy and serene, this tucked-away gem is perfect for solo travellers, couples, friends or small families, accommodating up to three adults or two adults and one or two children. Newly built in 2024, itâs located in the village of Daviot, surrounded by glorious countryside. Hop in the car and youâll find shops, places to eat and a variety of cultural attractions in Inverness, 6 miles, including beautiful botanic gardens and an excellent museum and art gallery. Youâll also have easy access to the stunning North Coast 500 driving route, which takes you from Inverness along the coastal edges of the North Highlands. Donât miss a trip to the battlefield at Culloden, 3 miles, Inverness Castle, 6.5 miles and â of course â the iconic Loch Ness, 13 miles, for your chance to spot the famous âmonsterâ. Boat cruises of the lake start from Drumnadrochit, taking in the magnificent ruins of Urquhart Castle.
This beautiful two-storey property is full of light and has plenty of modern comforts to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The open-plan living space, with pristine, pale walls and a wooden floor, includes a high-quality kitchen with plenty of storage and a microwave for convenience, and a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals. When itâs time to relax, the welcoming lounge area includes a choice of seating and a Smart TV, ready for you to snuggle up and enjoy your favourite shows. At the far end of the room is a sofa bed for additional guests, and completing the ground floor is a sleek shower room with a walk-in shower. Head up to the first floor to find the impressive king-size bedroom, an airy space with a high, sloping ceiling and skylights which offer lovely views of rural landscapes. Thereâs ample storage, and also a dressing table/work space.
Enjoy good weather with a coffee or a sundowner on the bench at the front, or the seating in the gravelled area to one side, where there is also private parking for two cars.
