This home features multiple patio spaces equipped with mountain and/or lake views, tons of outdoor seating, and a BBQ (stocked with propane.) The backyard is also fully fenced so the kiddos & up to 2 non-shedding dogs can roam worry-free.
LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING
You will have access to the double-car garage & private driveway with space for up to 8 vehicles.
CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. Thereâs also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

â Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think youâd like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, thereâs truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, youâll be close to some of Canadaâs most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.
â Kinsmen Beach (8 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. Thereâs also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the childrenâs playground. Plenty of parking is available.
â The Farmerâs Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmerâs Market.
â Radium Hot Springs (15 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radiumâs famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals thatâll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
â The Whiteway (8 mins): If youâre visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the worldâs longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.
You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!
