This large beautifully presented cottage style home is 140m to the Inverloch Inlet beach and a short, easy walk to the Town Centre. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and multiple entertaining areas this holiday home is perfect for guests looking for the ultimate beach
retreat.

Ideal for families or large groups who want space to read, play or just relax in between trips to the nearby family and dog friendly beach. With large decks both front and back you can enjoy breakfast out the front or spend time out the back in a more secluded and private space. Here you’ll find a large table for entertaining or sun lounges and pod chairs to unwind after spending the day in the inlet waters.

The house is fully equipped with all conveniences to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and the backyard is fully fenced providing a safe outdoor space for kids and pets alike. Air-conditioned for summer and multiple heating options for winter (including a cozy wood fire) will ensure a pleasant stay no matter the season.

If the beach isn’t what you desire for the day, why not take a stroll to town where Inverloch supports many local businesses, including coffee shops, clothing stores and a variety of restaurants. Lovely spacious home

A lovely holiday home in an incredible spot - access to the sand and inverloch inlet from the end of the street. Very clean and tidy home with ample room, including 2 inside and 2 outside sitting areas. Comfy beds and lots of board games/puzzles to keep us occupied given the weather wasn't the nicest! Would stay again.

Perfect for a family holiday

Very highly recommended. House was perfect for a family group with 2 parents, 4 adult children, 2 adult partners and1 child, plus 2 dogs. Safe fully enclosed large back yard with great entertaining area. So close to dog beach and quick, easy walk into town. The best stocked holiday house I've seen - all linen provided, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. 2 fridges. Everything you need. Responsive agent. Would stay again.

Great escape with the furkids

We spent 3 nights here with our dogs as an escape from the rat race. The place was perfect everything was provided that we needed and the house and yard were very pet friendly. The location is only 100m or so from the local dog beach and a short walk to town for excellent coffee. Everyone had a pawsome time!

We stayed at this beautiful home with a couple of families. Neat, tidy and cosy. Nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, with all the. ASICS you’ll need. Comfortable beds for around 10 guests. Linen and towels provided. Short walk to town. All you need at your door step. The water is only a couple of minutes walk from the house. We loved our stay. Thank you🌈

Comfortable house

Check-in easy - collected key at office in town, staff lovely. House spacious, clean and had well stocked kitchen for any cooking we planned. Close to inlet beach and easy walk to town. Would stay again.

Inverloch in spring

Great property close to Anderson’s inlet And the shops and a great walk to Townsends bluff Well appointed for 8 people Enjoyed our stay and the Coonarra heater , as it was a rainy cold couple of days, bit dark in the dining area, needs better lighting in this part of the house !
