Good to Know Before You Book

Saturday–Saturday Summer Rentals
During peak summer season, bookings run Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum).

No Smoking or Vaping
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home.

Security Cameras (Exterior Only)
For guest safety and property protection, two exterior security cameras are installed — one at the front entrance and one at the rear of the townhouse. These monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Three-Level Home
The property includes stairs and three levels of living space. Please consider this if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

River Access
A short wooded trail leads from the backyard to the sandy beach area along the Saco River. Children should be supervised at all times near the water.

Association Amenities
Guests have access to the private association swimming pool during the summer season (hours and availability may vary).
