Welcome to Beechwoods Mountain Home! Enjoy incredible mountain views off the large private deck. Spacious 6 BR with 5 bathrooms, minutes to downtown North Conway, Storyland and all of the best Mount Washington attractions. Plenty of room for two families!

There are perfect spaces to gather in this open concept home including the great room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, mountain views, 55" smart tv and comfortable seating; kitchen with SS appliances, granite countertops and plenty of seating; game room with foosball, pool table, video games, 75" smart tv, covered-bridge bar and sauna. There is also an outdoor hot tub patio, in addition to the deck that has both a fire pit and a grill. The house was built for comfort and fun and designed to be the perfect vacation home for gathering together or finding a quiet space to relax on your own.

You'll enjoy comfortable beds, luxury linens, and USB plugs to charge your devices.

The dining and kitchen areas enable you to cook for and feed a large crew all together. And there is tons of storage for your groceries.

Our loft level celebrates the regions activities, the main floor the wildlife and the lower level is all about the areas' train culture.

Please, no parties or events. Please note that we have an outdoors noise level monitoring system, to ensure our guests are compliant and respectful of our neighbors.

The driveway/exterior of our property is also monitored by video surveillance. This is for our guests’ security and also to ensure compliance with our HOA’s parking regulations and no pets policy.

What a great property! We do a big group trip every year up here to visit with family and friends and everyone agreed this was the best house we've rented so far. It's as though the owner have figured out all of the things that often are less satisfactory in short term rents and made sure to improve on those features. Thank you for the great accomodations!

Not enough good things can be said about this property. The house is immaculate. The views are sensational. The amount of rooms/bathrooms is perfect. The location is excellent - away from the chaos of downtown N Conway.Evonne was awesome to deal with!

Perfect Winter Family Vacation

We love the Yeti house! This is our second time staying here. The house is so cozy, clean and spacious. Our entire family loves the great amenities, from the game room, to the hot tub and sauna. The location is perfect with quick access to down town and the mountains.

Great long weekend away with the whole group

House if exactly as described and well laid out for a large group. Beds are all comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and there is enough space to spread out. The outside was great to hang out in the warm sun. The sauna and hot tub helped warm up after long, fun days in the snow. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Home!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Evonne’s place. The house is set up wonderfully for accommodating a group of all ages. Gorgeous views, ample space, a large kitchen, wonderful finished basement. Evonne was extremely responsive. Parking was a breeze and well maintained. We loved the subtle Sasquatch theme throughout. The soaring ceilings, and fireplace create a wonderful feel! It’s close to all our favorites and minutes to Grants Grocery store. If you’re looking for space, comfort and accessibility with wonderful views. Give this home a try! Thanks Evonne, we look forward to returning in the future.

Winter break in the mountains

We took our 4 adult kids and 2 grandkids for an early holiday trip to the mountains. Great base location for shopping, skiing, and hiking. With three stories and four bedrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out. 2 large TV's and game room downstairs allowed us to keep the kids entertained. Nice property and had all the cooking necessities needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Evonne was prompt in responses and communication.

Incredible property

An amazing house in an amazing location. Away from the crazy / busy section of 16
but close enough to get to all of the great spots in N Conway, Bartlett and Jackson. The house is amazing. Room for so many people! And clean. Spotless. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely beautiful!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to NH and this home was beautiful! Everything about it was great. The kitchen was great for cooking all our meals, and with the large dining room table fit all 8 of us at each meal. There was plenty of room for all of us to watch a movie one evening. Each couple had our own bathroom. The master bath was huge and gorgeous, but the shower was amazing!!! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the mountains. Our annual NH trip was wonderful and staying at this beautiful home made it even more amazing! Thank you

Perfect spot

Beechwoods Mountain Home was fantastic and Evonne was such a helpful host. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures and everything was spotless and welcoming.

Amazing home for a family getaway!

This house is exceptional! The home is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed. We enjoyed several family meals there. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect end to our ski days, and our family loved the game room. And of course, the views are amazing!

Great vacation home!

This home was excellent. It came as advertised, actually, it was better than advertised. The entire experience was fantastic everyone in my family really enjoyed themselves and we look forward to returning next year. The home is very comfortable and spotless. Spacious and Fun!

This home was wonderful! Seemed brand new - everything is well maintained and cared for, and plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the ground level room with the games, couch, and laundry as well as the sauna! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable, clean, and beautifully done. Huge showers! We have stayed in many places all over the area from N. Conway to Bartlett, and Jackson. This is the best location so far, because it is not too far from town or other areas we like to visit (river spots, hiking, Jackson falls, etc.) The check out process was also the easiest we have ever had which we greatly appreciated at the end of our week! We loved this house and would absolutely recommend and stay here again!!

Girls Weekend

We wanted a safe, clean property that would comfortably accommodate a group of 5 friends. This home far exceeded our expectations! It's absolutely beautiful and immaculate clean.
