This house is a unique east-facing spot surrounded by greenery and fresh air. It is minutes from happening Friday Harbour resort.

You will have access to the private gym and game room furnished with a pool table, ping-pong and darts, and our 4K home theatre. There are two walkouts to the front deck with a hot tub, a swimming pool, a BBQ zone and an ample seating area for you to enjoy the warm days of spring and summer. Also, get ready to take in clear night skies full of brilliant constellations from the hot tub.

The main floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, highly comfortable sofas and large waterside windows that fill the space with natural light. There is enough space here for everyone to lounge together.

Our rooms are built for you to enjoy a luxurious time. There are 3 bedrooms ensuite with an extra 2 half baths. Our space comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Each room has its walk-in closet. There are two master bedrooms furnished with feature king-size beds with Marshall Mattresses and 4-piece bathrooms. The first has a walkout to the pool and a hot tub, while the second has a private balcony. One of the other bedrooms has a private terrace with patio furniture.

The classic French kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'd find at home. These include a coffee maker and a double-door fridge, wine and beverage Sub-Zero fridges with plenty of room for your vacation groceries and drinks. It has a vintage Lacanche French oven, a washing machine, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware and cleaning products that make it a home-away-from-home. The kitchen is built to cater to the needs of even the most exquisite culinary tastes. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast island or a large harvest table for everyone to gather together.

There is a BBQ zone and patio furniture on the deck to enjoy mornings full of sunshine and cozy evenings. Your children are not left behind with their enjoyment guaranteed with excellent play tools. They will have a great time enjoying the swing, kayaks, and SUP. Your pets will feel free to run around and explore the premises.

We are delighted that you have chosen to stay at our property and we are looking forward to your visit. Before your arrival, we wanted to provide you with some important information and guidelines to ensure that your stay is both enjoyable and in compliance with our policies.

1. Number of Guests: Our property allows for a maximum of 14 overnight guests, including any visitors who may stop by. If you plan to have additional guests, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Smoking: Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the house. Please note that there is a $1,000 fine for smoking inside the house.

3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am local time. Loud music outside the house is not allowed at all times, please be respectful of our neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a warning or eviction without refund.

4. Verification: We kindly ask that you provide us with a list of all guests who will be staying with you, including their full names and ages, as well as their corresponding IDs. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Please note that our insurance policy requires this information, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

5. Rental Agreement: We will also ask you to sign a rental agreement upon your arrival that outlines the terms of your stay and some basic house rules. This agreement will ensure that your visit is smooth and that both you and the property are protected. We can send this agreement to you in advance upon request.

Please be aware that there is a $1,000 fine for violating these rules or if we receive complaints from neighbours about the outside noise - that you may be removed from the property with no refund.
