4. Second-floor living area - pull out queen sofa bed.

Inside the shop/event barn:

1. Second floor: bedroom one with a king bed and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

2. Second floor: Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a shared jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 1. (There is also an additional full bathroom on the first floor)



**The property sleeps 18. You're allowed up to 18 people on the premises, no more. If you think you will have more than that number, please notify in advance. There is a standard event fee plus $100 per additional 10 persons over 30 with a strict max of 50. Children and adults included.
