House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. No horizontal parking. House can hold up to 3 cars.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
8. ID Verification Check & Credit Card Required
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 16 guests during both the day and night.
11. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box

Furthermore: In accordance with the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 16 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests.

VRBO Guests Must Acknowledge and sign the rental agreement, to be sent when the booking is confirmed. If the agreement is not signed or agreed to then the reservation will be cancelled by VRBO and/or the Host.
