We are in the gated community of Indian Palms County Club. The resort has a 27-hole public golf course and Bar & Grill on site.
This one story home has two master suites great for a friends getaway or family vacation.
The âBiggie Smallsâ bedroom sits at the front of the house and has a large living space with attached shower/tub combo bathroom, separate sink, and walk-in closet. The âLovatoâ bedroom has a separate shower and large tub with two individual sink areas. Perfect for the couple that love to be together but need a little space. Thereâs also a large walk-in closet. There are two work stations available perfect for remote working. Stay here for a long stay of work and play!
The living room has a queen murphy bed and is a great place to relax, watch TV, or challenge your over hcompetitive uncle to a game of charades. A beautiful backyard green oasis with no neighbors to the back is the perfect place to have drinks as the sun goes down.
- 1619 sq ft of contemporary living space makes this a perfect home for a little R&R

Within 24 hours prior to check-in, Guests will be given a code for the front door smart lock. The garage door opener will also be available to use.
We will gather all your info prior to your stay for a smooth entry through the gated 24 hour security.
There is enough parking for 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two on the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day, but thereâs no overnight parking on the street.
Guest must access the community from Monroe street. You can exit at Monroe or Jackson gates. Garage and driveway parking is available. No street parking 1-6am.

Indian Palms Country Club is in a gated community with 24/7 security. Home of a 27 hole championship golf course. This community features tennis courts, community pool & spas, bocce ball, clubhouse for food and drinks, and a gym. If you plan to use anything besides the pools, please let us know in advance.
Landscapers may be working on the yard during your stay.
Pets:
We love our furry friends. We allow (1) dog for a $75/pet fee for your entire stay. Let us know so we can roll out the good dog dishes.
The grounds are maintained through
the HOA and are given access every Thursday during the day.
Trash day is on Monday.
Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
