This home sits in the Sedona Community in a cul-de-sac across a Elementary School.
Very safe and clean neighborhood in Bermuda Dunes. We use a keyless entry so you can check-in and enter at any time(no key needed). We will send you a private code prior to check-in.

No noise after 10pm. (If you are having a celebration and need a home where you can party, play music or play loud music, this is NOT the home for you.

2 vehicle parking spaces are available in the driveway, street parking is available for additional vehicles.

This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee station, microwave, cooking ware, plates, glasses, utensils, kids dishes, rice cooker, electric skillet, and additional storage containers. We provide towels to shower and face towels as well. The home includes Smart TV’s, Wi-fi, and central A/C & heat.

-Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

You’ll have 100% privacy inside this home. It is a keyless entry, therefore we will send you the code and no need to meet in person.

-Check-in is 4pm
-Check-out is 10am
-You can check-in any time after 4pm and as late as you want, you will have an access pin code to enter
-Early check-in depends on if the home is cleaned early enough, you can ask if available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
-No late check-out as we have to clean the home for same day guests.
-The cleaning fee will automatically be applied to the total amount you see upon booking.
-In order to make the reservation, you must pay in full, there are no other options.
-Pets are allowed upon approval. The pet fee is $125 per pet.
-We will send you all information and address prior to your arrival.
-We provide CLEAN sheets & CLEAN Towels to all guests upon check-in.

Guest has full access to house and backyard. Guest has no access to garage.

Other things to note:
-Pool heating is $100/day, Spa is $25/day, fee must be paid prior and one day notification required for this request to accommodate the heating of the pool and spa.
-Minimum 25 years of age to book
-No smoking inside the house (a $75 fee will be added to smell removal)
-Please note no parties or loud gatherings are allowed, per Bermuda Dunes City Policies. Quiet neighborhood hours are 9pm-8am. No parties or loud music is permitted in this home. There is a $1000 fee for any parties/events thrown in the home that caused disturbance to the neighbors.

-For stays 20+ days, there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. For stays 45+days, there is an additional cleaning fee of $200. This fee goes to pay our cleaner for a deep clean after a longer stay. Upon booking, a request for the additional fee will be sent.
-There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
-Pets allowed for a flat fee of $125per pet. PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL. Guest may NOT bring pet unless first approved and upon receipt of cleaning fee. Must get approval from the host first. Pets are not allowed on furniture, there will be an extra charge of $100 for pet hair found in furniture, in addition to cleaning fee. Failure to report the accurate number or pets’ results in a nonrefundable security deposit.
