Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

We kindly ask you to keep in mind that you are staying in a residential property rather than a hotel. If you encounter any issues or concerns during your stay, please notify us right away, and we will do our best to address them as soon as possible. PARKING: NO STREET PARKING AT ALL. We have room for up to 4 standard size vehicles, but all vehicles must be parked in the garage or on driveway *PLEASE NOTE*: We cannot except any oversized vehicles or any vehicles that cannot fit either in the garage or driveway, if you park on the street (any size vehicle), you may be fined by the HOA and you will ultimately be responsible to pay these fines.

HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

*Heating the pool is $85/day*

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

-We have a pool cleaner that comes twice a week.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

There is a video doorbell at the front door. There is also one camera monitoring the back door. The back door camera is attached to the home and cannot see inside the home. There is a backyard camera with part of the pool in view.

Please be informed that we are required to collect a photo copy of your ID and the credit card used for all reservations.
*PLEASE NOTE: if the name on the ID does not match that on the credit card, we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Wednesday, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay
