If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

Indian Palms Country Club in Indio is a premier golf and resort community offering a blend of relaxation and recreation. Nestled against the backdrop of the Indio Hills, it features an 18-hole golf course, lush greenery, and a range of amenities. Residents and visitors enjoy a tranquil environment with stunning views, a clubhouse, pools, and tennis courts. The club`s proximity to the Empire Polo Grounds makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a perfect balance between leisure and access to major events and festivals.

Highly recommended to have a car, there is uber / lyft as well.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. There are security cameras in the front and sides of the house. They are triggered by motion.

3. Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.

4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

5.POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

*Heating the pool is $85/day*

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide a copy of their ID.

8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.
