This home is in a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.
Important: please note that there is a separate casita located on the grounds of the property. This casita is not part of the rental and is not accessible to guests. It is completely independent and does not share any space with the main home, other than the front entrance gate.
FAQs
â Does the property have a private pool or spa? â
We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim! Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel âhotâ like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.
â What are the additional fees? â
To have the pool heated it is $80 a day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.
â Is the property pet-friendly? â
Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
â What is the parking situation? â
The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.
â Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? â
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
â Is early check-in or late check-out available? â
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.
â Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? â
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
