Check-Out

Check-out time is at 11 a.m. (local time) of the departure date. Late check-out must be approved prior by the host. It is a $50 charge for every half an hour past 11 a.m.





* Leave all linens on the bed.

* Leave dirty towels in the bathtub

* Empty the refrigerator

* Load the dishwasher

* Take out the trash

* Turn off all the lights

* Lock all the doors



Pool/Spa



Take a load off with a soak in the spa! The pool is the center of activities in the summer. Extend it in the winter by requesting the pool the be heated (surcharge would apply) and please provide a 24 hour advance notice so that we may begin heating the pool.

* No running is allowed around the pool

* No Diving

* Never leave a child unsupervised near the pool





SMOKING POLICY

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house including the garage. Guest(s) may be subject to forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fees up to $500. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY with all doors and windows closed.
