Looking for the perfect getaway? Completely remodeled, this pool and view home boasts an open concept with plenty of room for entertaining while maintaining an intimate and relaxing setting for everyday living. Look out past the south facing patio to the saltwater pool with cascading spa and fairway views. A true escape with plenty of amenities to offer. License #21-00027771

Details of our home:

Wonderfully kept grounds, quick access to dining and shopping, hiking trails, Polo, as well as a quick drive to Palm Springs International Airport.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. You have glassware and plasticware for the outdoors, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, serving dishes etc.


Private Casita - This private casita at our Indio property offers a comfortable retreat with a split king bed, full private bath, TV, and mini fridge, all accessible through a separate entrance for ultimate privacy. Perfect for a relaxing stay, the casita provides all the essentials for comfort.

Master bedroom has a king bed with TV (cable), a private desk with a window overlooking the calming backyard and golf course, jacuzzi bathtub, standalone shower, walk in closet and private door to backyard.

Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a twin trundle for additional space, a TV with cable and access to Netflix, Prime and other streaming apps.

Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

The garage has been set up as your personal play area. Equipped with air hockey, ping pong, 2 bicycles for your use, a futon bed and a lounging chair (can lay flat as a small cot). Garage is equipped with its own air conditioning and heater so that it can be used year-round in pure comfort. There is a folding poker/playing card table and chairs to be used in the garage or anywhere on the property. Pool floats and toys also for your use.

Living room is equipped with TV with cable, Netflix and Prime access and fireplace. There is plenty of seating for your party to enjoy. The sofa has a comfortable sleeper with a foam mattress topper.

Backyard is your oasis. Complete with plenty of lounge chairs, dining table and fire pit. Enjoy to the view of the golf course and mountains as you dip in the saltwater pool or hot tub. Barbeque and outdoor heater for your added enjoyment.

Winter Months (Nov-May) Pool heating charge: $30.00 per day upfront for entire stay OR $40.00 per day (pay per day of use). Long term stays flat rates (contact host for amount).All fees are charged separately via Venmo. No fee to heat hot tub.

Parking: The property can hold 3 cars. One in the garage and two in the driveway. Parking on the street is allowed during the day but not overnight.

Country Club Access: Guests have full use of the two large community pools and the Lifestyle Center (fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, etc). Golfing is available to guests but there is an additional fee.

This VRBO was perfect for us! 4 guys on a golf a trip, we each had our own room which was nice and the home is located within an older gated golf community. The home was well kept, clean and comfortable for all of us. The location was within 15 minutes of where we were playing at Indian Wells. I would say this was a good value stay for what we were doing.

We had a great stay and would absolutely return. Like most well-used vacation rentals, there is some normal wear and tear, but nothing that impacted our experience. When a small issue came up, the owner was immediately responsive and sent someone over right away, which we really appreciated.The home was very spacious and worked perfectly for a large group. We made full use of the pool, jacuzzi, and firepit—they were a big hit and a central part of our stay. The kitchen was large and well-set up for group meals, and having access to the fitness center was a nice bonus.The kids especially loved the garage setup with ping pong and air hockey. The neighborhood was enjoyable and comfortable, and this was actually our second time staying in this complex, which says a lot.Overall, a fun, comfortable stay with a responsive host. We really enjoyed our time here.

We came to Indio for an event at the CASHE ESTATE which is very close to this property so it was perfect in convenience. Located near anything you need. In a security guarded community. The pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful under the desert evening skies and in the mornings. Very nice interior layout and decorations. We had an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this property and wish we had scheduled longer! The property was exactly as described and very clean and well maintained. When we did have any issues Jennifer had them fixed promptly. The pool and spa were delightful and very quiet and private. We would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again

Thanksgiving Trip

This was a lovely stay by all accounts. The home was clean and ready for us and just as advertised. The ping pong and air hockey in the garage was a hit with the kids but the jacuzzi and fire pit were the most used by us.I want to highlight the main reason we'd love to come back. Jennifer our hostess was checking in to make sure that we got in OK and all was to our satisfaction. But when the fire pit wasn't working she was able to get her handyman out the day before Thanksgiving to get it operating for us. This customer attention is what we always hope for when we rent and this time we were more than satisfied. Thank you Jennifer!

No way a 5 star house more like a 3

We enjoyed the pool. The bikes handle bars were broken and not rideable and 2 bikes had flats that wouldn’t keep air. The futon couch was broken the owner said she would send a handy man but never did nor did she reach out again. Many light bulbs were out and clocks were broken. The pull out couch was broken and bent. The patio furniture was stained and dirty. When we reached out about this she said it’s because of the desert having wind and sand. When we arrived at the house there was garbage bags burst open with trash everywhere

Nice, large home with good sized rooms. Pool was lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Accessing the community was difficult on occasion due to license plate readers being down frequently (this is an issue with the community, not host) - would suggest guests use the community main entrance regularly. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful

Lots of space in this beautiful property. With 3 bedrooms including a large Master with a desk and a door to the pool area so you don't have to walk through the whole house wet! The pool with the hot tub was very enjoyable. The master bed was so comfy providing a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is clean, well kept and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Large House w/Great Pool and View

Jennifer has put a great amount of thought into making the house and experience of her guests enjoyable. The kitchen was nicely stocked as well as the pantry. It's nice to not have to run out to get coffee filters etc. The pool was lovely and though I did not go in the hot tub my friend did and she loved it. The neighborhood is gated which I also liked and I appreciated Jennifer taking the time to add the main entrance for the community is on Monroe and not where Maps takes you. All in all I recommend her place for a nice getaway and will be returning next time I have a calling to get some sun in the desert.

Had an out of town wedding we had to attend
Wanted a place to stay for weekend with our kids and grandkids. This was great! Plenty of room for us and very comfortable. Loved the backyard with pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and view of golf course! Great communication with owners as well!
