We just installed a new GAME ROOM with HE mini split air conditioner, a professional Billiards table and light, ping pong table, 8 foot skee ball table, nearly 5' air hockey table, fusball, and Dartboard + comfy futon in addition to the bar and fridge already there! We also have a new 88 key weighted electric piano that doubles as a desk and guitars and karaoke. Come play! Enjoy sunsets by the recently remodeled pool & let our hot tub soothe your tired muscles. Come for the resort-like pool and spa, and you won't want to leave this fun and family-friendly 3 bedroom colorful home. Some of our best features (besides the awesome private pool and hot tub + game room and instruments) are: * 500mbps Wifi with Mesh Wifi for strong signal throughout. * Bright colorful furniture and decor. * Beautiful art, gallery wall, & custom wall murals. * 3 types of coffee makers with complimentary coffee (and snacks)! * Primary bedroom w/ King Bed, ensuite bathroom, & walk in closet. * Stainless steel appliances. * Comfy outdoor furniture to relax by the pool. * Stylish desk and chair if you need to "work from home". * Natural gas BBQ grill (never run out of fuel for grilling) *Spacious driveway to park at least 2 vehicles. The design style of the entire home is colorful, bright, and cheerful. We are also family friendly with: * Plenty of games * A bunk room w/ 2 bunk beds (4 x twin mattresses) * Kids books * Pack n' play for toddlers * Pool floaties and toys * Electrical outlet covers for the kids room. You will have access to the entire property + outdoor pool/spa, including garage to shelter your car from the heat. The only thing we keep private is the owner's closet in the entryway and small utility cabinet in garage, for cleaning supplies. Pool and Spa Use/Fees: Hot tub/Spa is free to use for guests. Swimming Pool is free to use for guests, but heating it or the spa is extra. Heating the pool or hot tub costs $75 per day, charged as needed through Airbnb platform. **POOL HEAT - If you want a heated pool, please tell me at least 24 hours prior to arrival since it may take 24 hours to heat up. **SPA HEAT - You can control this from the house (controls by slider in dining area). Please remember it takes 30 minutes to heat it up. Please turn off when not in use. SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE: *There is an exterior Ring video doorbell to the left of the front door which is recording at all times. It can see the driveway, front yard, and front exterior sidewalk. *There is a Ring video spotlight camera on exterior side of house above garage side door. It surveys the side yard and side gate. This is to protect our new pool controls from theft and it cannot see into the pool/spa themselves. *There is a Ring video spotlight exterior camera on front of house above garage door. This surveys street and front yard area. *There is a Ring video camera on exterior side of house facing fence. And neighbors house as well as a camera over pool to monitor the gardener and pool cleaner. In general cameras are to monitor for security. These cameras are always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests or number of cars. We do use the cameras to verify number of guests on property as both City of Indio & Airbnb have a no party policy. Myself and my co-host are available via Airbnb app messaging for any issues. My co-host lives nearby and can come by to assist you if you need anything. Nice residential neighborhood in Indio. 15 minutes to Fantasy Springs Casino. 15 Minutes from award winning golf courses of Indian Wells Country Club and PGA West Pete Dye Course. The world famous Shields Date Garden is nearby, to have a date shake and delicious meal. Very close to shopping on Highway 111 (closest grocery stores are Stater Bros and Smart & Final Extra, all the big box stores, restaurants, etc). Most errands require a car or motorized vehicle. Guest parking available in the garage and driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Plenty of street parking available if needed. The pool is outdoors. There is a chance that leaves, insects, animals, or sand may get blown into the pool by the wind. This may even occur immediately after the pool is cleaned (which is every TUE & FRI). There is a skimmer net available for your use to remove these items. If you need an extra cleaning for the pool, outside of Tuesday/Friday, it is an extra fee of $50 paid via Airbnb app, and subject to availability. The pool service is not available evenings or on Sundays. If you require a pool with no natural materials in it ever, then we suggest booking a place with an indoor pool. We do allow pets, subject to pet fee. Violations to our policies are subject to $250 fines and any damages, and may be asked to leave immediately without refund. We have cameras on outside of garage, side backyard, and front door for security. No parties. The City of Indio has strict noise ordinances. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate Airbnb policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest. No 3rd Party bookings allowed due to both Airbnb and City of Indio Ordinances. NOTE: Although this is a quaint residential neighborhood, Indio is near a rural area so it can be lively with sounds and smells from neighborhood dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and pigeons, along with typical neighborhood sounds and smells. Also there are a variety of insects, pests, and small animals that live outdoors and may come onto the property, or even sneak into the house. We do employ a monthly pest control service. We cannot guarantee you will NOT see an insect or animal on the grounds, inside the house, etc, so no refunds will be given if an animal or insect is observed on the property. One final thing, we do have neighbors and they may smoke or have noises come from their property. We cannot control our neighbors actions.
