- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $300 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.
- Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
