Pool & Spa Details

• Private Pool & Spa: Yes, with lighting for evening swims

• Pool Heat: $60/day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month.

• Spa Heat: Free

• Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.

• Pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.





Fees & Fines

• Early/Late Check-in/Out: $75 for 2 hours (based on availability) Please note that due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.

• Pet Fee: Additional fee per pet $150

• Pets must stay off beds and sofas

• $150 cleaning fine per bed if pet hair is found

• Street Parking Fine: $200+ and risk of towing





Parking

• The property includes parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, please notify us in advance so we can register it with security. Street parking is prohibited and will result in a significant fine up to $750 per occurrence. Parking is only permitted in the garage or driveway.





Noise & Guest Policies

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• No amplified music

• Low volume music allowed until 10 PM only

• Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (adults + children)
