This amazing open floor plan is a 4 bedroom with 3 attached bathrooms. Open kitchen into dinning area. All new furniture and paint and this house is awesome for entertainment. New Game room with arcade and 4 real slot machines. We have shuffle board ping pong out side pool side TV and so much more. Terra Lago golf course 2 min drive and so many other golf courses nearby, hiking trails, polo grounds are less than 3 miles. Acusure arena 10 min drive away. Living desert outside Zoo 10 min drive. Cable with movie channels in all of the rooms. Back yard fire place and BBQ for evening entertainment. Mountain View’s and extra large back yard. Read our reviews we never disappoint our guests. We are disability friendly one level all flat pool side 36” wide doors and easy shower access.

RÚglement intérieur

No overnight street parking there is $500 fine if sited. Cars must use drive way. 11pm until 6am $60 extra per night to heat pool.
No messing with with pool equipment . Fire bowls to be used for one hour max and kept low due to high natural gas cost. $25 added for each hour past.
No overnight parking if you have work vehicle or xl van park outside gate or $500 citation is your cost. Dogs are extra $100 no large work vehicles.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!!! My daughter just turned 18 and my wife and I decided to mark the occasion by inviting her and some of her closest friends on a weekend getaway to the desert. The pictures of this property online were beautiful, but it’s even nicer in person. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well appointed with fun things for the guests to do (i.e cornhole, shuffleboard, slot machines, arcade games, and pinball). The kitchen is enormous and provided my daughter and her friends with plenty of space to gather and laugh and celebrate. The outside, however, is the best of all. The pool and spa were beautifully maintained, there were numerous seating areas (both shaded and fully in the sun), and in the evening there was colorful lighting in and around the pool, as well as several fire features to give the patio an extremely inviting feel. Last, but certainly not least, was the quality of the hosts. Michael and Jam were AMAZING!!! They answered all of our questions immediately and went out of their way to include welcome balloons, flowers, and a gift basket of snacks for our daughter upon her arrival. This touch of generosity set the tone for the weekend and made us feel so welcome. I literally can’t say enough positives and now our younger daughter wants to celebrate her birthday here too. THIS WAS THE MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RENTAL!!!! I can’t wait to come back.

Kids had a blast in the pool! House was clean and functional, beautiful spacious home, yard, and pool! The owner was very responsive to questions we had and helped us through some quirks of running the pool, etc. I had difficulties with VRBO and won’t be using the app again but this home owner tried to make up for the issues I had with VRBO and was very accommodating.

Cannot say enough about this rental - everything was FANTASTIC! Michael is an amazing host, the place had it all covered. The pool was pristine and packed with fun toys for our kids, the home is in excellent shape and in a great location inside the gated Terra Lago community. The house was beyond expectations! The backyard was a wonderful hang out for 6 friends, that have known each other since kindergarten, to reminisce and make new memories! The kitchen was very large and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything. Jam was a dream to work with. We would not hesitate to rebook this home in the future. If what you need is an early check-in and late checkout this and a flop house- this may be your property. We wont be going back. There was no hot water anywhere in the property, the refrigerator, dishwasher were both not operating properly, the kitchen which is described as a gourmet kitchen didn't even have a kitchen sponge, proper knives, storage containers let alone an ice machine. If you are planning to cook dinners here dont stay here. One bathroom smelled like it was sprayed with mens urine. The pool towels while abundant looked like they have been through it and were thread bare. There is no proper dining room table just a very large island with backless stools but I dont blame the owner for that. Pool was nice as was the pool area. This house is good to flop and float. If you want a retreat- this aint your place

Quiet desert get-away!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Desert Oasis home in Indio. The ultra modern kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you would need for your entire stay!The pool area is filled with plenty of seating, pool toys, games, and an outdoor TV. The outdoor lighting and water fountain added a hotel feel to the stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Shuffleboard and video game room kept everyone busy while indoors.Correspondence with the owner was very quick and helpful. Lovely place!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Desert Oasis property! We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and this was the perfect place for us. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. The 10 of us were very comfortable while staying here, and found that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up meals during our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We had the best weekend here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
