Our home is in a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.







FAQs

★ Does the property have a private pool? ★

We do - guests have access to their own private pool. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

To have the pool heated, it is $60 a day with a minimum of advance notice of 24 hours. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. Please note that due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
