- Second guest bedroom with king bed and private ensuite

To ensure everyone has a great experience, here are a few friendly guidelines:

Parties and Events: We love a good celebration, but to keep the atmosphere cozy for all our guests and neighbors, no parties or events are permitted during your stay.

If you are booking for a celebration: We’re thrilled to have you celebrate with us! To ensure the beauty of our space is preserved for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from taping decorations to the walls, doors, and windows as often this leaves damage. Instead, feel free to get creative with table displays or free-standing decorations. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, and we hope you have a fantastic time celebrating!

Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors, we have outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 PM to 8 AM on Friday and Saturday. These guidelines are mandated by the City of Indio. During these times, we ask that you keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum. Feel free to enjoy music and noise outdoors during other hours, just please keep it below the property line!

Spa & Pool Heating: Want to enjoy our spa or pool? Heating is available for an additional fee ($25/day for the spa and $75/day for the pool, heated to a cozy 85 degrees). If you`re interested, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure everything is ready for your check-in!

Booking Age: To ensure a responsible stay, our guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

Pet Policy: We love furry friends! Some pets are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2).We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and out of the pool. If we find any unapproved pets on the premises, there will unfortunately be a $500 fine.

Parking: Please limit parking to a maximum of 8 vehicles on the property to keep things organized and accessible. Overnight street parking is not permitted. Additionally vehicles must not be parked diagonally or sideways on the driveway.

No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you smoke outside, as any evidence of smoking inside may result in a minimum fine of $500.

Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment, we use noise monitoring devices. Tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any fees for unused nights or amenities.

Please note that we have an outdoor camera which monitors the driveway. There is also one facing the pool equipment on the side of the house which is turned off and not active.

The City of Indio requires us to collect names and vehicle information for all guests who stay at the property. We will provide an online check in form after booking to collect this information.
