Step into a spacious gourmet kitchen. The newly furnished, fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and built in smart screen, new oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. It features a huge 4x6 quartz kitchen island. Enjoy meals in the dinning room with dining for eight or enjoy company at the kitchen island with seating for five.

The Living room features a new 75â Samsung Smart TV. Lots of board games to choose from.
Four Bedrooms (One bedroom on the first floor, folding bed on second floor, other bedrooms are upstairs):
FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE is located on the first floor and features a Queen-sized Bed, views of the lake, closet and private, en suite bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2) Has a 58 inch Samsung Smart TV.
UPSTAIRS PRIMARY SUITE is located upstairs and features a King-sized Bed, impressive views of the lake from the full-wall sliding doors and balcony, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and two vanity sinks. Includes premium folding bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress. (sleeps 3). Enjoy a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV.
KING BEDROOM has lake views and features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan and reach in closet and private, en suite bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)
DOUBLE FULL BEDROOM features two full-sized beds, a dresser, ceiling fan and reach-in closet and private, en suite bathroom with bathtub. (sleeps 4)
An additional powder room (5th bathroom) is located on the first floor.
Other Amenities: 500 Mbps wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Propane gas grill outside.
The pool also operates as a spa with jets. Pool+Spa heating is $75 per night.
Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask.
Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50 for the reservation (maximum two pets). If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles), Garage (1 vehicle), permit-based street parking (subject to availability). If you will be bringing more than 5 cars, please confirm availability first!
Day time street parking is available for additional vehicles. Between 10pm-6am, any cars in excess of the number confirmed will need to be street parked right outside the community gates.
Please note that, there may be outdoor gardening, landscaping and remodeling taking place. Pictures have not been updated to reflect new flooring as of December 1, 2023. Please inquire for more details. There may also be construction and construction noise from neighboring houses.
A security deposit of $500 is required for the reservation. 24 hours before check in, your card will be charged a preauthorized hold, which will be cancelled 48 hours after check out. You will always be notified if there is an issue that requires some or all of the deposit to be withheld. During Coachella and Stagecoach an extra $100 cleaning fee will apply.
Guests have access to the house and the property which sits on 225ft of lake frontage. There is a large grassy area nearby and on the other side of the lake, there is a park and children's playground.
There may be one or two supply closets that are locked and used to store seasonal household items. Please do not access them.
Gated community with security guard at the gate, surrounding a 20 acre man-made lake. The property has 225 ft of lake frontage and gorgeous views of the water and mountains.
Driving is highly recommended. There are two parking spaces, daytime street parking just outside the house, and overnight street parking just outside the community gates. The garage is not accessible to guests and is used as storage.
Public transit is not recommended. The closest bus stop is over 30 minutes away on foot.
Please review the Rental Agreement/House Rules before booking. There are security cameras located on the property: front door, driveway, backyard. They are recording but not monitored during your stay. It's for liability purposes and to ensure proper maintenance (pool cleaning, gardening, after strong wind events etc.)
