Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer.

Kitchen:
Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

This home is situated only minutes from Empire Polo Club, home to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, as well as the Stagecoach Festival, where internationally renowned artists perform at the multi-day events.

Indio offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. It is a perfect place to enjoy the American Express PGA Tournament and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta are a must with the famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert only 20 minutes away. More than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing the golfers in your group to play to their heart's content. If you'd rather watch your favorite athletes play, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and numerous events on the PGA circuit are sure to please!

Test your luck at Fantasy Springs, Augustine, or Spotlight 29 casinos, all of which are less than 7 miles from the house.

For a family-fun activity, drive 15 minutes to spend the day at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens or trek a little farther to the Salton Sea and other outdoor adventures in the area. Or pack a picnic and explore the fascinating variety of rock formations and desert landscapes at Joshua Tree National Park -- 30 minutes away.

Downtown Palm Springs hosts a variety of festivals - such as the Palm Springs International Film Festival - that annually draw thousands of visitors. The town itself features art, history, fine dining, and sights. Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of Chino Canyon for breathtaking views of the valley floor below.

★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

WHAT DOES "ALL INCLUSIVE" MEAN?

Our "All Inclusive" offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, the option for early check-in or late check-out (up to two hours, subject to availability), and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EARLY CHECKIN or LATE CHECKOUT/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges(with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 10 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 10 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature but must text the host for preset temp. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property.

PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only.

You understand that the use of the entire house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained and hold the owner harmless. You acknowledge the potential dangers to unsupervised children, individuals with health risks, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or pregnant individuals. By confirming below, you agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and your party, waiving any claims against the owner for accidents or injuries related to the use of the house facilities.
