• The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood — parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Underage or unsupervised gatherings are strictly prohibited and subject to a $500 fine.
• No use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. Violation will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of the stay.
• Please supervise children around the staircase. The modern railing has metal balusters — do not allow kids to climb or lean on them
• The dart board is for responsible use only. Darts can be harmful — safety is your responsibility. Always supervise children when playing.
• The basketball hoop is set on the drive way. Enjoy at your own risk, and ensure safety at all times, especially with kids.
• All damage must be reported via Vrbo message, email, or phone. Unreported damage will be treated as intentional or reckless.
• The refrigerator does not produce ice or filtered water.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip interruptions due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The home is professionally cleaned, and all high-touch areas (doorknobs, switches, remotes, faucet handles) are sanitized after every stay. A 24-hour buffer is maintained between guests whenever possible.
• Please handle furniture and equipment responsibly. Report any safety concerns upon arrival so we can address them promptly — your safety is our top priority.
