Located in the Broad Ripple area which offers fabulous walking trails and a nice dining experience. Enjoy the local restaurants and craft beers. Newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen beds on main floor as well as one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed in basement with an attached family room. TVs located in sunroom, main living room, family room downstairs, and downstairs bedroom.

This house was perfect for our whirlwind "thrift trip". It is close to the stores we wanted to visit and close to town. The beds were SO cozy, the living spaces were SO cozy and since it was cold, the backyard space was good for a few minutes of picture taking to remember the trip. THANK YOU so much!

Property is absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean! Tastefully decorated, yet homey. Home is roomy with different areas to relax, multiples tvs. Backyard is private and beautifully landscaped with Koi pond, plenty of seating. Loved spending time outside! Beds are super comfortable, great shower, kitchen has tons of glassware, so nice! Meijer grocery nearby. Kim was the perfect host! She was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! The property is lovely. Well appointed, tastefully decorated yet homey. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Comfortable beds, great shower. Plenty of space, many rooms to relax. Multiple tvs, entertainment. The backyard is private and beautifully landscaped. Home is close to everything one would need, major grocery and home store down the street. Kim, the host, was communicative and made our stay amazing in every way. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Indy area! Hope to be back again. A gem of a place.

Tournament weekend

We had a tournament weekend in the area. We found this place because we needed extra room with additional family coming to the tournament. The house was clean and attractive. We were further from grand park but actually there were plenty of food options and shopping needs on the way to and from that I thought it was better. The backyard was really peaceful and we enjoyed a soccer game in Indy since we were so close to downtown.

Great place to stay for the race!!!

First of all the house was great! Location, neighborhood, and the back yard!!! We enjoyed the family feel of the home and the back yard was so peaceful we spent most of our time out there watching the fish in the pond and enjoying the weather! And Kim was so great! She communicated very well and we are definitely planning to be back to stay in her beautiful home!!!

Great stay!

Truly one of the nicest, most thoughtful properties I’ve stayed at. Everything was great and nicer than expected. We came for the Indy qualifying weekend and the are was very convenient with anything you need just a few minutes away and an easy drive to the track. We did it get to spend much time outside but the backyard is a real oasis. Would totally recommend.

It’s the little things
.

Stayed for daughter’s graduation and can’t wait for another reason to go back. From a glass of wine to a cup of coffee by the koi pond, sometime all you need a little time and place to escape.

Great house and host!

We came to Indianapolis for the weekend and the house was a perfect place to stay! So clean and homey. Would absolutely rebook at this house if I was in the area again. Even my husband said how nice it was and he doesn’t usually care where we stay lol.
