This excellent place is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis just east of Monument Circle. Most events, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance of the building. It sits on the 13th floor with an exceptional city view. Feet from Gainbridge Fieldhouse WNBA Indiana Fever and NBA Indiana Pacer’s games, in addition to NFL Colts Lucas Oil Stadium games. Walking distance to Whole Foods to prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen for extra savings!

Penn Tower is an excellent location within seconds from Monument Circle. Walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, Convention Center, Indiana Statehouse and various other attractions, restaurants and bars!

Guests can access the building at 115 N. Pennsylvania Street. Paid parking is available on the street by meter and paid garage parking at “Winner’s Circle Parking”, just south of the building. Keyless entry is available to enter the front door of building and front door of apartment. NO FREE PARKING AVAILABLE. Codes are provided upon booking. Complimentary wi-fi is available, information on how to access will be provided upon booking. A $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required upon booking, add your payment method through the automated message.

There are two major hospitals located near downtown Indianapolis: Eskenazi Hospital and Methodist Hospital.

• Checking in and out:
o Check-in time 4:00 PM
o Check-out time 11:00 AM

• How to check-in:

o Self-check-in with Lockbox at front door
o Pass code will be sent via messaging

• During your stay

o Maximum of 4 guests
o All guest names MUST be provided ahead of time
o No additional guests allowed UNLESS prior approval has been given by the Host (additional fees apply)
o Quiet Hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
o Absolutely NO Pets or Animals of any type allowed.
o Absolutely NO parties or events / get togethers
o No smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, electronic e-cigarettes and/ or any controlled substances including but not limited to marijuana.

• Prior to Checking Out

o Please remove pillowcases and sheets from the bed(s) used and place them in the laundry baskets in the bedroom closet(s).
o Please also place any used towel(s), wash cloth(s), hand towel(s) from the kitchen and/or bathroom in the laundry baskets in the bedroom closet(s).
o ALL dish(es) shall be placed in the dishwasher along with a dishwashing tab and turned on. Dishwashing tabs can be located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
o ALL trash shall be placed in a trash bag(s) and taken to the Trash Room down the hall, outside of the apartment on the same floor. If the trash room door is closed, open it and proceed straight forward to the rubbish bin and drop the trash in the chute. Trash bags can be located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
