Super clean whole house rental in walking/easy scooter distance from downtown. Loved the vibe inside. Great clear communication with host throughout the trip. Great water pressure/temperature. Quiet street.

This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy.

This home was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, as you are able to walk to the city for events and food. The property manager makes sure to check up on you during your visit, making sure you’re enjoying your stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Nicely Decorated and Close to Downtown

This was a nice place that was located close to all the local amenities downtown. Very nice and quiet area. Very well appointed. The air mattress works like most other air mattresses we have used and does tend to let out some air through the night. Oberall, it was a very nice stay!!

Perfect Stay for a Weekend Swim Meet in Indy!

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition began. The bath was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with little traffic, adding to the convenience. Highly recommend for anyone coming into Indy for events!

Very clean, great location. Seems to be a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Neighbors leave porch lights on all night also with decorative lights. Made it feel like a Christmas setting with the lights. Within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. 1.1 miles. Walked it at night after concert. Only negative was parking. On street parking, was pretty full by the time we arrived. We walked it at night after concert. stadium

Great Place to Stay

This is a very nice place. I thought I’d hear street traffic, but didn’t at all. I also thought that parking in the street may be an issue, but there was always room to park. Inside is very nice, I loved the industrial look. Also, Bill’s communication was very prompt-the app was the frustrating part in that regard. If there was one thing, we stayed for 3 nights, I wish there would’ve been more than 1 1/3 rolls of toilet paper on site. When I’d asked where it was, the response was “Kroger.” While it definitely wasn’t the end of the world, I had to run to the grocery store in the morning and hadn’t thought I’d have to go get a basic supply. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Nice place but....

Nice place and convenient location. Owner decides the temperature and will not let it get above or below a certain temperature. Had two nights of poor sleep due to this. Was there for an event so it did not go as well as it could have.

In town for a conference

We booked this property due to its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium and the ICC- convention center. It did not disappoint. We walked into downtown every day without the hassle of finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was available next to the house. The property manager was responsive to inquiries and accommodations. The popcorn, bottled water, and K cups were very appreciated. We’re a family of 5 so we did use the pull out sofa bed and air mattress. There is plenty of floor space for the air mattress and pull out. The air mattress was not holding air by the morning but for our small son- it was fine. I would not count on it working for teens or adults however. Thank you!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything about the house was perfect for us. The location was really great for anything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor is very cute and cozy. We loved the huge shower and the comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so we could make dinner. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Indy and will recommend to friends and family. Communication with the host was also great. Thank you!
