The heart of the home is the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, featuring brand-new premium appliances for all your culinary adventures. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed with an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV
Bedroom 2: One King Bed
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds (can be converted into a king bed upon request)

Private backyard with a gas grill (propane & utensils provided)

Baby items, including utensils and plates. A foldable full crib is available upon request.

- This property has noise and smoke detector. Tampering devices is not allowed. Host may capture the security deposit fee if guests tamper devices.
- Smoking at the property is not allowed. Failure to comply will incur in additional charges to deodorize the property.
- We love pets. However, to accommodate guests allergies we do not allow pets in this house.

Steps required before 48 hours of the check-in date. Failure to do so will trigger a cancellation:
- Security deposit paid
- All guests need to provide ID copy. Alternatively, guests screening can be done on AI based Chekin platform. Guests verification must occur up to 24 hours before check-in date.
- Rental agreement signed
- Per Indiana Law. all guests must complete Check-in form.

For everyone’s safety and a smooth check-in:
The person who made the booking (main guest) should be present at arrival.
If you’re booking for friends or family and won’t be staying yourself, just let us know in advance through the platform and share the names, address and phone of all guests who will be staying.
Without this notice, we may not be able to complete check-in.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTION
- Remove all trash from bathrooms and kitchen before leaving. Put the trash in trash bin located at the garage.
- Leave garage controller by the kitchen countertop
- Leave back porch door keys in the key locker
- We include standard cleaning after your stay—thank you for helping us keep the home tidy so extra deep cleaning isn’t needed.
