This house was perfect for our trip. Myself and a few of my college teammates gathered back in Indy to celebrate our coaches Hall of Fane Inductuon. This house provided everything we needed and Michael was awesome in communication and making checking in and out as easy as possible. Would def stay here again.

Great house, great location, great space to accommodate a large group. The 4 bathrooms allowed everyone to get in and out quickly. Beds were firm, but only uncomfortable because I use a soft mattress. There was a slight sulfur smell to the water, however, we just let it run for a minute and it went away. We cooked with bottled water.Michael, our host, was accommodating and responsive. A great place for us to gather together to celebrate a wedding in the family.

Family friendly property

We enjoyed having multiple living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, and the air hockey table was a great bonus! The location was convenient-enough - 15 to 20 min away from where we wanted to visit on our vacation (kid friendly museums, etc) but it was located in a kind of industrial area. We were close to a shopping center (Kroger's, etc) and just up the road to the north was a great playground that we visited multiple times. The road in front of us was busy late into the night, but switching the one of us who didn't sleep well with the rumbling of cars solved that. The property manager was responsive before, during and after our visit. We appreciated not having a list of cleaning responsibilities when we checked out, though we did leave the place in good shape. The property's photos show a sparkling home, but it was a bit worn in multiple places. That said, it was clean on arrival.For some of us it was our first VRBO - it was a good intro to living in someone else's home while on vacation.

The good: This was our second time staying here. The house is spacious lots of bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space and under most circumstances, I would recommend it. The Bad: our first stay (6 months ago) we mentioned the coffee machine was busted. It’s still busted. Pillows are extremely flat. The kicker this time though (and reason for the poor review), was an issue with the hot water. The smell of sulfur was nauseating. It was so bad, we took cold showers to avoid the smell, but it lingered in the area any time hot water had been run for any period of time. Because this is a basic amenity, I cannot recommend anyone stay here until the issue is fixed.

A great place to call home for a week!

We had family gathering together from five different states. We were there for a memorial and liquidation of the family estate. This property was everything the listing said it would be. It gave us a great place to be a family together. We will treasure our time there. The back porch was a wonderful place to view sunsets!!

Perfect Getaway

We travel from Michigan every year for the Big10 Championship game. This house was perfect for 3 couples. enough space for privacy - but a great space for cards etc. we could do together. We will be looking to book this house again next year. Host was responsive and informative.

Spacious Home for Family Getaway

The home is bigger than we expected and even nicer than the photos depicted. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 twin beds and the other a king size bed), a game room area, a living room area and a full bath. The upstairs has 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 living rooms. We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving together with our extended family. House was clean and Mike was very responsive from pre-reservation thru checkout! Would definitely stay again!!!

Great space for our group

Place was conveniently located to downtown Indy. Could basically take one direct road there and we were back and forth a lot without traffic or any issues. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own area but also room to all be together. Communication with property manager was great, with quick and friendly responses to anything we needed.

Dog poop under my bed

The house was beautiful on the outside, the inside was very stinky and dirty. There was dog poop under my bed and dog food under my son’s bed. The water pressure was so bad and if anyone ran water during a shower, the water completely shut off and turned ice cold. The tub did not plug to fill up for the baby. The general condition of house was poor and needed cleaned thoroughly. I have pictures. The carpet was badly pet stained.

Lovely home great area

We came for the FBDCA national. We were advised by others that some areas were less than desirable so we were happy to fund this home in a good neighborhood. We felt safe and had a lovely week where others that stayed at the host hotel did not. Thank you!!

Great place to stay!

Everything was great. The house was clean. My kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs. There was plenty of room for us all as a group of 7. The road in front of the house was pretty busy but not a lot of noise in the house. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
