Fully Renovated Home nestled in SoBro (South Broadripple) region of The Meridian Kessler Neighborhood. Known for its Restaurants, Shoppes and night spots. La Casa Negra was designed with a fun Spanish inspiration theme reflected throughout the Home.

La Casa Negra was designed for comfortable living, the entire structured was insulated with spray foam insulation as well as an upgraded hvac system to keep you comfortable in any season.

Expect cozy bedrooms on the ground floor that can sleep multiple people when necessary. The ground floor restroom gives you both privacy and natural light as well as the option to shower or bath.

The Master Suite was designed with maximum comfort in mind, featuring a private beautiful natural stone custom shower experience, extra closet space and the ability to sleep multiple people when necessary.

One of the best features of La Casa Negra is its location, walking distance to the Monon Trail and a plethora of Bars and Restaurants.

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and very functional. The neighborhood is a hidden gem. We had an extended family vacation to visit our daughter who just had a baby. Excellent gathering spot for the whole family with so much within walking distance.

The perfect spot in SoBro!

We loved our stay at La Casa Negra. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. It was exceptionally clean and cozy. We were in town visiting my brother and his family. We were in the perfect location to walk to their house and then continue walking to some great restaurants. We also really enjoyed sitting on the patio under the string lights laughing and catching up. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit!

Gen Con Retreat

The property was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for 5 guys, and in a fantastic location. We had access to any kind of general goods store you need along with great local eateries. The trip to downtown was short for the Con and the wifi was great for nerds like us so that was nice. Plenty of comfortable beds and the appliances worked perfectly. Communication with the owner was quick and easy which was great! Would stay here again next Con for sure!

A great location for Butler Graduation

La Casa was perfect for our family coming from out of state for my daughter’s graduation. So close to Butler University with some great restaurants and Fresh Market ( grocery store) close by
 All walking distance was Greeks pizza amazing, Upland brewery the Ruben was so yummy and a cool place to grab a excellent cup of coffee is Prufrock‘s. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely home in a great location

We had a total of six in our family and fit comfortably. The house is well decorated and appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating. I think the location is conveniently located near restaurants and bars as well as grocery stores. Owner was very helpful and communicative. I would rent again!

The house was perfect for our stay! We were able to enjoy the patio , have a nice meal in thanks to the well stocked kitchen, and lots of conversation over generously supplied coffee. Location very convenient.

Very pleasant stay

Property is freshly updated/remodeled. Well located, very comfortable and very clean. Close to several great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Monon Trail. It was a great fit for our small group of college friends meeting up in Indianapolis.
