The Space:
This apartment at Residence at City Way Apartments presents a well-equipped living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient island with barstools, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open living area featuring a Roku TV and lightning-fast WiFi. It boasts two comfortable workspaces, two master suites with smart TVs, a second full bath with a walk-in shower, and the flexibility of a couch with either a floor or air mattress for additional guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The added bonus is the inclusion of a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage, saving you from costly parking fees. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Love a good summer playlist? So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out.
Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool.
We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area.
Guests: One Per Leaseholder.
Planning to bring a buddy? Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder.
Snack Breaks Away From the Pool.
Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water.

The condo is in a perfect location for Gainbridge Arena events; only a 3 minute walk. The building has great security features, a dedicated parking garage, and convenient location to restaurants.The condo was very tidy and the two queen bedrooms were perfect for a weekend trip with friends.

The property is worth it because of the location if you are attending events downtown, but it is not well maintained. The landscaping is overgrown, and the grounds are clean but look poorly maintained. The pool needed to be cleaned. It had many bugs and vegetation debris in it and the bottom needed to be vacuumed. The unit we rented was fine. We had no complaints. It was clean and was as we expected. Overall, we would rent it again.

Indy Fever game stay

We came to Indy for a Fever game and loved the location for being so close and walking distance to Gainbridge. It was clean and easy to access. We were expecting a pullout couch and air mattress per the online description, but there was no pullout couch and the air mattress was simply a foldable foam mattress stored in a closet. The pools and gym were nice amenities. Overall this was a great choice for what we needed.

Great for a quick weekend getaway!

Truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great area and it was easy to check in and check out. Had an issue with the hot water but they addressed it quickly. I’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect option for our quick trip to Indy

Spacious two bedroom apartment, nice location, quiet building. Nice stay with a few minor things. The heating system is kind of loud so took some getting used to the first night. The beds were comfy for the most part however they felt more like full size beds then queen. We did have an issue with hot water our first morning but maintenance came out to fix within a couple hours. The floors felt very sticky but could be maybe the cleaning product used on floors. We seemed to have everything we needed for our stay. The property owners were quick to respond. Would stay again.

Good Layout & Location

Upon arrival, unit was clean although the floors had a waxy substance on them that made them very slippery. Nice layout of rooms and location was very good. Disappointed that the pool was closed throughout our stay and in addition, the elevator was broken. This made traversing up and down stairs to the 4th floor a necessity. I recognize this is not the owner's fault but was just disappointing. The only real frustration was that the unit had 4 forks and approximately 5 glasses, so we ended up buying utensils, etc at the CVS across the street to avoid doing dishes after every meal.
