The place is beautiful and in a great location. There are some things you may want to consider. The loft was very well lit in the evenings while trying to sleep even with the blinds down.I would encourage you to look for something to cover the loft window. The parking garage space is so small if we had brought our truck, it would not have fit. Luckily we had our car. I sincerely think you should disclose this information.

Good location, just make sure you check out the parking scene before getting a parking pass. I paid for parking, but garage was not accessible because the street was closed, blocking access. I could not get instructions on how to access the garage, the host just told me the street was not closed. Not helpful at all. They got their money.Also, the bed mattress had worn out inner springs. Rough nights sleep because the street was loud and the bed was uncomfortable.

Cute space and perfect location for quick trip seeing a concert at White River Park! Would stay here again. The parking available has a fee per day booked that is paid through a different site. It was slightly confusing foguring out which spot. They had a selection of snacks and drinks you could purchase in the refrigerator. We enjoyed that TJ Maxx was downstairs!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Very close to downtown destinations. Entry was a little tricky, which is understandable in a high rise apartment. The parking was VERY tight, spaces as well as entry/exit from the alley.

Great space! Downtown Queen Suite

We loved the area and the apartment. There was so much to do and the property offered lots of amenities- parking, work out room, game room. Our host was very helpful and we will definitely consider this property next time we are in Indianapolis. Thank you!

The apartment was quite nice and is in a great location in downtown Indy. Communication before checking in was difficult when trying to speak to a real person as it is a corporate rental. If you drive and plan on parking, make sure you have a small vehicle, as the basement garage is very, very tight.

Location, location

We were in town for a conference at the Sheraton, the location could not have been more perfect. The neighborhood was safe, I was comfortable walking around late at night. The apartment was amazingly clean, comfortable, and homey. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this location.

Cute and clean in a great location!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, but when I opened the door and saw the layout I was stunned! It was larger than I thought it would be, and even though it's an open layout, there are stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom which lends some privacy if someone will be using the pullout couch.Extremely clean, everything you need is easy to find and there are thoughtful touches like a basket of supplies in the bathroom, and pour over coffee maker and kettle on the kitchen counter.Perfect location in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. A little noisy at night, but by the time I was ready for bed it was quiet enough that it wasn't an issue.Clear directions for check-in and check-out that were easy to follow. One note, however, it is a downtown location with (free) parking located under the building. So the process involves going in and out of the building to get the keys and parking pass, and then back in with your luggage. My fitbit tracked it as a workout though so I enjoyed it! Just something to keep in mind. Pack light and wear comfortable shoes!And last, but not at all least, the building! I love art deco, and even though there has been some obvious renovation, the original style shines through. I could imagine how it would have looked brand new and wondered what life was like for the residents that occupied it! I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I find myself back in Indianapolis.

Beautiful loft in great location

We loved everything about the loft, the unique, old building that housed it, and the convenient location downtown. The game room and fitness room were wonderful additions, and the free parking was a blessing in an area where you don't typically have that offered! We will be back!

Location Location Location

For a 1 night stay we were able to do so much due to the great location. We ate a Weber Grill which was delicious. Took a walk to the Monument and State Capitol for some history. Took skywalk over to the mall and shopped at TJ Max downstairs. Comedy/illusion show at Hilton across the street was entertaining. Indy Zoo is always a hit. Host was timely and informative for an easy check in and out process. Loved our stay. Howl at the Moon dueling piano is such fun.

We came for the Big 10 Tournament. 10 min walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Loft was exactly what we needed. Clean, free parking and easy access in and out. So many close restaurants. Only issue was traffic noise but what do you expect in the city. No problems dealing with management. Quick responses to any question regardless how silly. We will definitely come again and recommend to anyone
