Cool autumn breezes drift through the connected Skywalk, linking you effortlessly to the heart of Indianapolis.
Sleeping arrangements
Two comfortably sized bedrooms each feature a queen bed with soft linens, providing restful nights for up to eight guests. Two full bathrooms offer privacy and convenience for your group, while extra pillows and blankets ensure everyone finds their perfect comfort.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, from casual breakfasts to evening dinners. A dining table allows everyone to gather together before heading out to explore downtown or enjoying a quiet night inside.
Living & working spaces
An extra-large living room provides room to gather, play board games, or relax in front of the smart TV. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make remote work simple and comfortable.
Amenities & comfort
Inside the unit, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Climate control with air conditioning and heating ensures a comfortable environment regardless of the season. Thoughtful touches like bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, and a smart lock with self check-in make your stay seamless.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. Building quiet hours â 10:00pm CST â 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
3. Pets â no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
