The Space:

Our spacious one bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries.

Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

We felt like we were walking in eggshells the entire time. The overall tone, from the booking, through our stay, to the checkout, was a punitive and hostile one. The owners’ instructions and rules were riddled with threats [e.g., if we use more than one bath towel per person we will be charged; if we do not take all of our trash with us upon checkout, we will be charged, if we lose our parking spot tag, we will be charged (and possibly towed), etc.]. We printed off a 20-page packet of specialized instructions and rules, which we followed to the “T” due to all the threats of “extra charges.” However, the final set of rules came to us via email after we had already checked out [e.g., “place thermostat setting on 79 degrees upon checkout,” etc.]. When we arrived to the property the thermostat was set on 71 and we bumped it up to 74 and left it that way; we are anticipating a penalty charge on our credit card for having seen this instruction after-the-fact. To avoid additional charges, upon entering the room at checkin, we documented with date/time-stamped photographs the detached door stop in the bathroom that was laying on the bathroom floor, the loose, jiggling bathroom-sink faucet, the non-working lamp in the bedroom, the empty coffee can near the coffee maker (no coffee was provided), and the jumbled up window blinds in the living room. The room smelled terrible and was very tidy but not “clean,” as was the inside of the property in the common walkways. Smelly and dirty.

Great communication, great location, some cleanliness issues

There were some issues with how the apartment was left from the housekeeping (sticky residue on table, a dirty pan left in the stove, something spilled in the fridge). These were small issues to us, but could be big ones for others. Also some issue with the balcony door being hard to open/close. With that being said, I received the BEST communication I have ever received from any place I’ve stayed booked through VRBO (or any other company). They were very prompt to answer any text/email I sent. They offered to have someone out ASAP to fix the balcony door, or to wait until after we checked out. The other issues I communicated after we checked out, and they were very receptive. This apartment was in a very good location. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

From the building only accessed parking garage to spotless unit this property checked all the boxes. Being 10 steps to Mass Ave was the highlight of the stay. We were able to park the car and leave it all weekend. We definitely plan to return in the summer to enjoy the balcony that overlooks College and Mass Ave
