We had a wonderful stay at this Franklin VRBO for our women’s retreat! The home was fresh, clean, and very tidy, and the layout made great use of the space so our group felt comfortable the entire time. The location was perfect—an easy walk to local shops, restaurants, and venues, which made our weekend even more enjoyable.Our host, Jake, was very responsive and helpful with any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely love to come back again!

This home was perfect for our stay. It is located just two short blocks from the renovated historic post office building where our event was held, which made it incredibly convenient. Communication with the owner was almost immediate and he was very accommodating. The house looked recently renovated and had everything we needed and more, including plenty of blankets and extra pillows. With two large family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, everyone had ample space to relax and spread out. We would absolutely rent this home again, or another property from this owner.

The location couldn’t be better, easily walkable to all that Franklin has to offer! My family and I stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and it was the perfect place to gather and get ready, with plenty of room for everyone. Jake was a great host and the house was exactly as pictured.

Excellent communication from Jake! I had a little trouble figuring out the door lock when we first arrived, I sent a message through VRBO figuring it would be a while before he saw it, but no, within a minute he was calling me to get it sorted! Very clean house with everything new, excellent neighborhood for walks, we walked to Market on Main for coffee and amazing pastries every morning. Our friend group had a great time with our annual board game outing, would highly recommend!

Amazing Location in a Quaint Town

The house has plenty of space for a big group. Great place for gathering and plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and Wild Geese, an amazing bookstore. Highly recommend if you’re going to be in Franklin.

Great getaway

We stayed in this lovely home with friends and all our adult children, 11 adults total. The house was big enough for all of us to have a bed, watch the Indy 500/Pacers game and enjoy meals and games at the large kitchen table. Jake was easy to communicate with. Lastly the community of Franklin was quiet with unique, fun shops! It was a great getaway weekend!

Perfect for a large group

This house was very nice and had everything our family needed for a long weekend together. The house was clean and well equipped with necessities. It was close to downtown and everyone enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee and explore the local shops and restaurants

I wish I could rate this home and owner higher than 5 stars! The communication from the booking through the checkout was very quick and responsive. The house was very clean and tidy. It was stocked with needed amenities and also super cute. The host was very kind and they have done an incredible job with this rental. Instructions were clear. This house offered plenty of space for our stay. Two living spaces and TVs in each room. The bedding was soft and comfortable. I really appreciated the large dinning table to fit so many guests, especially with the amount of guests the house fits, the large table was great for everyone to gather around and have a meal! Although we didn’t utilize the outdoor space this time around, it has 3 amazing outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Franklin area. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much for all your kindness, we are so grateful

Beautiful Big House

Our team used this as a place to stay and rest, especially between prelims and finals. The house was super clean, extremely quiet, and had a lot of places to rest and relax. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Great new house and great location

The house is great and Jake was amazing at prompt communication. we had some travel delays and Jake was super helpful in making sure folks were able to get into the house. Within walking distance to the main downtown area which is really fun.

Walking Distance to Everything

Beautiful modern house within a couple of blocks of all the boutique stores and many restuarants. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space for a large group. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing it was missing was a hair dryer!

Perfect for large group

Family Reunion weekend

Overall, the house was perfect for some of our extended family to stay during our family reunion weekend. The home was beautiful and very clean. Since it is new, I am sure there are some items still in the works. Initially, there was some issues with the Smart Lock app and being able to enter the house, but the owners took care of that immediately. The one recommendation I would suggest is adding a coffee pot for guests to make their own coffee. We really enjoyed this house and we plan to stay here for our next family reunion!

Great house in a great town!

This house worked out great for us! We had two families sharing the house. Bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly. House was clean and as pictured. Note, hot tub and coffee maker were not there when we stayed. The extra bonus is how close the house is to Franklin's downtown area. Such a great downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, parks! We enjoyed that. The manager's communication was excellent and he was great to work with. We would definitely stay again!
