The space
Immerse yourself in a modern paradise at the Beach Club Condos, just a leisurely half-mile stroll from the sun-kissed shores of Melbourne Beach. Dive into the refreshing pool or sink into the soothing jacuzzi after a day filled with beachside adventures.

As twilight descends, the sky transforms into a canvas of vibrant colors, and you can witness breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony, enveloped by lush landscaping that enhances the stylish, contemporary design.

Guests can enter the condo anytime after check-in using the deadbolt code. The space is fully equipped for your enjoyment, with everything accessible except for the locked utility closet in the hallway. Enjoy the community pool, jacuzzi, and gym from dawn until dusk with your FOB conveniently hanging by the entry door.

Other things to note
No pets are allowed.
The unit is located on the second floor (one flight of stairs); please note that there is no elevator.
The clubhouse area, including the pool and gym, is open from sunrise to sunset.
A 12-cup Mr. Coffee traditional coffee maker is available for your convenience.
The thermostat is set with a lower limit of 68 degrees to prevent freezing.

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.

Stroll just a short distance to explore nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and more, all within easy reach. Ample free parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you come and go at your leisure.

You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.

Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.
