Welcome to Incline Sunshine! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is located in the Ski Way condo complex in Incline Village, just a short drive to the east shore of Lake Tahoe and Diamond Peak ski resort. Enter the unit via a short pathway from the communal parking area. Three bedrooms are offered on the first floor- a master with king size comforts and an in suite bath with a stand up shower, and two queen bedrooms that share a bath with a bathtub/shower combo. The queen bedrooms are furnished with mounted flat screen smart TVs. All are newly decorated with a serene vibe and tasteful mountain touches. Journey up the stairs to the main living space. Highlights include new furnishings in modern mountain décor, an updated kitchen, rich hard floors, a wood fireplace, and two balconies - one offers seating for two and a gas BBQ and the other offers a dining set for 6. A half bath is available off the great room area. The HOA amenities include a summer-only pool.. We absolutely love the décor in this stylish mountain condo, and the location can't be beaten for year round fun. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
