Take in inspiring alpine views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. In the evening, light the gas fireplace and settle in to watch your favorite shows on the 62-inch smart TV with Bose surround sound. The lofted office is outfitted with a full-size sleeper sofa, a desk, and a TV.
Prepare hearty meals in the sleek gourmet kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a full suite of high-end appliances. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The fire table cannot be turned on due to local fire regulations.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
