The villa, spread over two floors and measuring approximately 300 m², has 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two with bathtubs and two with showers). The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a central island opens onto a bright living-dining room that invites you to relax and share moments with others.

The property features a private pool surrounded by a garden, as well as a terrace fully equipped for al fresco dining and a barbecue area.Sa Roqueta offers the perfect combination of relaxation, culture, and a great location to discover everything Mallorca has to offer.

The villa is just a five-minute drive from Inca, a small town of 30,000 inhabitants where you can enjoy a wide range of cultural and culinary offerings. A stroll through the historic center will reveal numerous traditional restaurants and shops, as well as international brand stores. As for cultural offerings, it's worth visiting some of the town's churches and cloisters, as well as the Museu de la Pell (Peel and Shoe Museum) and Calçat d'Inca (Inca Shoe Factory), a historical tour of the town's industrial shoemaking tradition. In Inca, you'll also find a train and bus station with connections to almost the entire island. The estate's location in the heart of Mallorca allows you to reach any part of the island in a short time. It's just a 25-minute drive from the Bay of Alcudia and 30 minutes from the Bay of Pollença. It's also a 15-minute drive from some of the towns that make up the network of municipalities in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The small towns of Selva, Alaró, Campanet, and Mancor de la Vall are a must-see.

Due to the property's location, it is important to know the ages of the guests before accepting any reservations. If they are not families or couples, they must be groups over 30 years old.
