Set in Inca, near the Puig de Santa Magdalena, this amazing villa with private pool offers accommodation to 8 guests.
Nestling between the terrace and different trees, the private, 8.5m x 5m private salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m is ideal for a refreshing bath in the morning. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six loungers. Children will enjoy playing in the garden while adults may fancy having a glass of wine on the Balinese bed. If you like cooking outside, there's a barbecue. The furnished porch is great for al fresco dining. You can challenge friends at the ping-pong table and the basketball basket - but please bring your own ball. There are no direct neighbors.

The sitting-dining room is a nice place for a family get together, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV or a DVD. The open kitchen is accessible through a nice round arch and is fully equipped, including a gas hob. A laundry provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with double bed and closet as well as a shower bath with hair dryer can be found on the ground floor.

Uptstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds. One bedroom has a shower bath en-suite with hair dryer. Furthermore, there's a bath with bathtub on the first floor. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. In total, this house counts with four fans and eight electric radiators.

Surrounded by forest, the area is just perfect for hiking and cycling, as it is close to the Tramuntana Mountains and to the Puig de Santa Magdalena with its chapel and restaurant. The Tramuntana is wonderful for hiking tours, for example towards Orient or to the church of Santa Lucia in Mancor de La Vall. The city of Inca provides you with everything you may need as a self caterer like restaurants and shops. AlcĂșdia's Bay in the north is about 30 minutes' driving by car and there you can visit dreamlike beaches as Can Picafort, Puerto de AlcĂșdia and Playa de Muro.

La casa era absolutamente preciosa, ÂĄincluso mejor que en las fotos! Estaba perfectamente equipado, con todo lo que podrĂ­as necesitar: desde utensilios de cocina hasta juguetes para la piscina, juegos y todo lo esencial para unas vacaciones relajantes. La bienvenida fue muy cĂĄlida: nos recibieron con una botella de vino y una ensaimada tradicional, que fue un detalle encantador. Toni y Magdalena son muy amables y serviciales, y la comunicaciĂłn con ellos siempre fue fluida y fĂĄcil. ÂĄPodemos recomendar de todo corazĂłn este alojamiento y nos encantarĂ­a volver en cualquier momento!

Estuvimos genial en Homertis. La villa era absolutamente impresionante en el entorno mås bonito. Tenía todo lo que podíamos haber soñado para nuestra estancia, desde la barbacoa al aire libre hasta la piscina de agua tibia, con tortugas deambulando libremente y burros como vecinos, nuestras chicas estaban en su elemento. Ya estamos esperando para reservar para el próximo año.

Innanzitutto da segnalare l'ospitalita' di Magdalena e Tony che ci hanno accolto con sorriso e gentilezza ( e un'ottima torta). Poi la villa e' splendida sia come spazi interni che come aree esterne , esattamente come descritta e bellissima come appare dalle foto. Anche la piscina e' perfetta. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' ottimo considerando che possono starci fini a 8 ospiti (mediamente 3 famiglie) Siamo stati molto soddisfatti di tutto e consiglio questa soluzione sia a gruppi che alle famiglie. Essendo al centro dell'isola si puo' ogni giorno andare in una qualunque spiaggia o localita' dell'isola in meno di un'ora.

What a fantastic villa! I could not recommend this more. We were met by a lovely couple on arrival who showed our group everything we needed, the villa was extremely clean and well looked after, it was also easy to find and not far from the shops. You really felt cut off as there are few neighbours around and plenty of garden to escape, and yes there are tortoises. It was well equipped, the kitchen has more than you need, the pool was great, and lots of different places to dine in the villa. I would certainly go back!

Diese Finca ist einfach nur traumhaft schön! In der RealitĂ€t noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Finca ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Wir hatten als Familie mit 7 Leuten plus Baby ein Rundumpaket. Alles, was wir benötigten war da. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber reagieren auf Anfrage sofort und sind total sympathisch. Wir können die Finca uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen ?

geweldig huis

geweldig huis dat onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen. ruimer dan verwacht. alle kamers zijn ruim. goede airco. huis is goed ingericht en heel praktisch. aan alles is gedacht. hele fijne buiten terrassen en voldoende meubilair. huis ligt rustig en toch dicht bij alle voorzieningen in Inca (supermarkten, restaurants, treinstation naar Palma). goed contact met eigenaren. je ziet dat ze veel zorg en aandacht aan het huis schenken. wij zouden zo terug willen.

Sehr schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Top Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kommt an und fĂŒhlt sich wohl. Sehr gute Lage, Meer und Aussichtsziele in einer halben Stunde erreichbar.
