Welcome to this lovely country house with private pool, on the outskirts between Inca, Llubí and Muro, where 6 people will find their second home.
This villa is wonderful, it counts with a great variety of areas where you can spend some family moments with total privacy. You can prepare delicous barbecues or delightful pizzas in the wood oven, and enjoy them all together at the porch or the terrace by the greenery of the garden. There is also a little exterior kitchenette with a sing and plenty of cabins for your comfort. By the porch, going up some steps and secured by a handrail you will find a beautiful chlorine pool sizing 8 x 5 metres and with 2 metres depth. It is ideal for a refreshing dip after sunbathing on one of the 8 sunbeds.

The atmosphere of the house is very cosy and has rustic details that make the difference. It has two floors and very spacious rooms. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with access to the outside, equipped with ceramic hob, everything you need to cook and a space to have an aperitif. There is also a study or work area if needed, a bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful dining room for more than 6 people, which gives access to the upper floor. Here you will find a comfortable, air-conditioned living-dining room to watch satellite TV in peace and quiet, connected to a huge furnished terrace where you can contemplate the views with a cocktail. Three bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. There is 1 cot, 1 high chair, 2 fans and central heating. This heating system works through the wood cooker in the dining room which, through a circuit, heats the radiators of the house.

The finca is located near the road from Inca to Muro so you quickly can reach Llubí, Inca or Muro. The nearest village is Llubí, and it is very quiet and inhabited by locals mainly, with all services like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants. The street market day in Muro is on Sunday and it is worth a visit and buy some local products. Inca is a lively little city where you will find all kinds of shops and with its own famous street market day on Thursday, where you will find stalls of all kinds and where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine at noon at any of its known "cellers" - typical Mallorcan restaurants-. If you like the beach, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia are only 20 minutes drive from the house. There, you can try the paella by the sea and enjoy the crystalline waters.

Beau séjour

Hébergement correct - Nous l’utilisions que pour dormir et quelques repas le soir, le reste du temps nous avons pratiqué la randonnée pédestre. Bonne situation pour cette pratique car au centre de l'île, donc pas trop de kilomètre à faire pour accéder aux départs des randos. Propriétaire sympathique et avenant, nous avons été inondé d'oranges, de citrons et de nèfles. Nous étions en Avril et les nuits étaient fraîches, le propriétaire nous à fournis du bois à volonté pour que nous puissions allumer la cheminée. Merci à lui.

Swimmingpool und selbstgepresster Orangensaft vom Baum

Ein tolles Haus, 2m Tiger Swimmingpool, den unsere 3 Teenies sehr genossen haben - ok nicht nur sie:0) Das Tollste sind aber ohne Frage die Orangen- und Limettenbäume. Sehr lecker! Am späteren Nachmittag sind wir dann jeweils an einem anderen Strand gewesen, die alle in 20-30min gut zu erreichen sind. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tämä talo on isolla tontilla missä on kymmeniä kymmeniä appelsiinipuita sekä sitruuna- ja omenapuita. Tontin laidalla erillinen aidattu alue, missä tepastelee kanoja ja pari kukkoa. Talon molemmat kylpyhuoneet on juuri remontoitu; molemmissa on walk-in suihkut. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen; astian- ja pyykinpesukone toimi moitteettomasti ja jääkaappi oli puhdas. Meille oli jätetty juomia ja hedelmiä ja appelsiineja sai käydä hakemassa puutarhasta vaikka aamuista mehulasillista varten. Omistaja Gabriel on hurmaava kasikymppinen herra joka auttaa varmasti jos jotain pulmaa ilmaantuu. Nautimme suuresti olostamme Can Rafelinossa, saatamme palata uudelleenkin. Voin siis lämpimästi suositella:)

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren im Mai für eine Woche in der wundervoll in einer Obstplantage liegenden Finca und haben die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit zwei Terrassen und einem erfrischenden Pool. Besonders erfreut waren wir über die liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten der netten Vermieter. Es war ein Traumurlaub.

Hemos quedados encantados y volvería otra vez

Recomiendo ampliamente la casa de Gabriel 'Biel' . La casa es muy tranquila, tal cual descrita en la web, si bien está cerca de la carretera no se escucha ruido alguno. Biel es muy servicial y estubo atento a cualquier inquietud que tuvimos. Lo mejor la piscina, pero también la amplitud de la casa, el entorno, y las vistas. Hay unas rutas de camitas que se pueden hacer y Biel nos las mostró, también no muy lejos de allí está Son Catiu en donde se puede comer típicas comidas mallorquinas. Hemos quedados encantados y volvería otra vez

Great private Finca, with wonderful fruit orchard.

Spacious 3 bed villa with plenty of storage. Really good enjoyed being able to pick fresh fruit in the mornings and make our own juices. The Finca is clean and spacious. The only thing that lets it down is the cheap bathroom fixtures and fittings and the location of the pool which is elevated and is therefore exposed to any wind. I would definitely come back though. The beds are also nice and comfortable.

Real taste of Mallorca

This finca is a fantastic introduction to Mallorcan life - the fruit orchard is beautiful as are the mountain views all round. The proprietor was so accommodating and left us freshly picked oranges. We loved the pool to cool off in - especially as it is a 2metre depth throughout (fans are pretty effective but not quite air conditioning) and used the outdoor shower too to cool off. The house is spacious and well-equipped for cooking - barbecue is fantastic. It's location is amazing for access to different areas on the island - particularly if you have access to a car. All in all we had a great time. Thankyou

Wir waren begeistert und können diese Finca wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Finca Can Rafelino Ferien vom 29.05. bis 12.06.2016 4 Personen Die Finca liegt an der Strasse Ma3500 zwischen den Städten Inca und Muro. Die Wegbeschreibung, die wir per Mail erhalten haben, ist sehr ausführlich und mit Fotos ergänzt. Umgeben von Zitrusbäumen (Orangen, Zitronen und Grapefruits die man auch pflücken darf) liegt die Finca geschützt und ruhig an der Strasse. Das Haus ist zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet, wie man auf den Bildern auch erkennen kann. Die Küche hat einen neuen Induktionsherd mit Backofen. Das Pool ist etwas erhöht und wird immer gut gereinigt und das Wasser gefiltert. Einzig die Einstiegleiter dürfte 2 Tritte mehr haben. Auch die Wassertiefe sollte in den Unterlagen angegeben werden (ca.2.50m tief). Die Betreuung ist ausgezeichnet und man ist stets bereit, wenn nötig zu helfen. Die Bettwäsche kann man wechseln lassen, falls erforderlich. Wir waren begeistert und können diese Finca wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
