Renovated two-level apartment on the third floor (no lift), with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Spaces are comfortable and functional: living room with kitchenette and sofa, three bedrooms (one with a large single bed 120x190 cm, one with a double bed 150x190 cm and one with a standard double bed), two bathrooms both with shower. The apartment is equipped with: TV with Italian channels, independent heating, air conditioning (living area + one bedroom), fridge with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
We are in Imperia, just 150 metres from the beaches, and everything is within walking distance: grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and venues. Public parking is close by. And in less than 5 minutes on foot you reach the famous seaside cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori, leading all the way to Sanremo and Ospedaletti.
A perfect base for families, for those who love to move freely, and for those who want to enjoy Liguria without using the car every day. Pets not allowed.
